I baught 3 different s22 ultras from different sellers, one was used, one was "new", and one was refurbished. The used one wouldn't connect, the new one, was not new(had after-market screen..),and this one.. well this one was juust right! I was not expecting much with this one, since it was one of the cheaper of the 3 purchases... but when I recived it, the first thing I noticed.. was it had the original protective film still on the top and bottom of the phone!! Turning the phone on, everything looks original, battery seems to last a fine time, had no issues connecting to services or updating. Maybe I got lucky, but there isn't a scratch on the phone itself, and the insides of the phone seems stable so far(5days of use) Very good purchase, I was over joyed to not have to send this one back to! ... show more

Is said refurbished and in excellent condition but not is scratches all around the phone and I'm not happy cus waist my time waiting to arrive as excellent condition and ready to give it as gift and now I have to go look for another gift very disappointed and not happy with the product

The phone started acting wired the next day I received. It turned off and on by itself. I couldn't even do a factory reset it to sent it back so now I am scare all my info is on the phone and I have to send the phone back to get the refund. Do not risk it.

I bought this phone from Amazon Renewed and I have not been disappointed. I saved over $500 buy this way, and it is so worth it! There is a bit of a learning curve from the S10 series, but it isn't a big deal if you just google what you're trying to do.
