So far I like the phone. It's basically just like my old phone just the slightest bit smaller. It works good and the battery life keeps getting better as the days go by. This is my first refurbished phone and I can't really complain. It did have a few small marks around the camera but the lens protector hides it so no biggie. It arrived earlier then expected which is highly unusual from FedEx so I was surprised. It was nicely packaged. The included charger isn't the correct one and only slow charges but I have others and mostly use wireless anyway so no big deal there. It comes with a 90 day return policy and I believe a 1 year warranty but hopefully I do not need to use either of those. I keep phones for years and hope this one last as long as my other which still works great even after taking a swim lol. Anyway good phone so far. Update: phone still works great. It's had an issue once of twice where I had to restart it but I am going to assume that it could had been a software issues. The battery life is great. An example of this is that I've used this phone all day and it's still at 77%. I would assume if I was going to have any problems I would have had them by now. ... show more

Perhaps too soon to write a review. Just received phone 3 hours ago. - looks brand new.. not one scratch or scuff anywhere. - original notice said 5 days shipping. FedEx updated and delivered in 4. Exterior FedEx envelope heavily damaged, but solid internal package was unharmed. - it's the correct phone, model, storage, carrier - installing SIM was no problem, worked. - rapid charger works. Will wait and see on battery life. Two+ active hours of setup, file transfers, battery went from 89% to 70% - already owned USB C to USB C cable, so SmartSwitch loaded automatically. All important files, accounts, transferred flawlessly. Original audio files were a mess, but seem OK. So now it's time for practical use, will see how it functions. E.g. old phone was 5 years old, S8... hope no Bluetooth compatibility issue with 2019 car. Haven't used camera. Battery life, etc. First phone without SD card, so storage will be something to watch too. In summary... Second time I bought a refurbished phone. First time was from carrier, so this was first independent reseller. Saved me at least $500. A Great Start! ... show more

Phone looks brand new and haven't had any issues with it since setting it up yesterday, BUT the battery is kind of bad. I came from a 3 year old Note 10+ and this battery seems to drain pretty quickly so might need to look into paying for a replacement battery. I think it's still a decent buy tho for the price. The phone was shipped very quickly, that was great. But I ordered a black phone, I received a pink phone. It's not worth returning, it's in a case anyway, but a bit more attention to what's being shipped would be a good idea

If I didn't know this was a refurbished product, I would have thought it was brand new. Arrived without a scratch, scuff, or cosmetic damage of any kind on it, and I looked closely (I am very picky). I expected at least one noticeable flaw, but there isn't one. Kudos to the team/seller refurbishing these. Phone works as expected and advertised by Samsung.
