The bottom line on the product itself is that it works just fine. It was in "new" condition. Everything worked as it should. It took a while, but it automatically updated itself to Android 15 and One UI 7.0. But I'm returning it. Why? Because I'm 158 years old and I don't like many of the changes they've implemented. They've moved the volume buttons from the left to the right side. They've combined the bixby with the side key (the unlock key). Don't know what this has accomplished. Google assistant (with the gemini conversion) now requires you to tap the mic icon rather than just listening to you automatically. There's a new (to me) feature called Circle to Search which is a bit annoying. You can disable it, but that completely disables the home button (and google assistant). The video of my beloved dog that was on my lock screen doesn't work and this is a reported issue. The battery charge indicator on the top of the screen is now superimposed over a partial battery icon, making it difficult to read. (Excuse me for not having 15-year-old eyes.) A couple of my favorite apps no longer work. There are several apps that I haven't yet tried and I have to wonder how many will work. Due to all this, I've decided to return this phone and pay someone to replace the battery on my old one.

I used to go to Back Market for ALL my Samsung Galaxies and accessories. Everything I own practically came from the 2nd-hand store, why pay top dollar when I don't need to, until I read their reviews recently, that is. They seemed to have gone downhill since I last ordered my previous S105G phone. I heard good things about Amazon's refurbished equipment, so I thought to give it a try. I'm glad I did too, because I couldn't be happier or more satisfied, so far. The phone is in beautiful shape with no defects, looking brand new, for a much better price than buying brand new, saving Hundreds of dollars. Talk about a cheap upgrade, why isn't everyone doing this? There's so much waste in the world, why should I contribute when I don't need to? Saving a lot of money in the meantime, and I'm all about that. It's kinda like being a smart consumer and buying a pre-owned automobile for the savings and sanity. So far, the phone is treating me well and I have no complaints. I was very surprised at the speed of delivery, especially when your phone's battery is dying slowly and barely keeping a charge. I love my new(used) S21+5g, which is old in terms of computer/electronic equipment. But a major step up from the S105g I was using. Faster Everything. I'm a happy camper and will NEVER own or buy a brand new device, due to the outrageous pricing out of the gate, especially for a quality phone. This phone's system is a major upgrade, to me. Even though it's years old in operating systems, which I can't tell, it's a way better system than I was using and is smarter. An excellent-condition phone, with way more capabilities for pennies on the dollar, is a smart move in my book. I just hope nothing goes wrong. But if it does, it's not a thousand plus dollars, I'd be out just a couple hundred, comparatively. Satisfied to the bone, I am, and no one is gonna tell me differently. The phone sounds good and is built to last. Thank you, Amazon, for coming through legitimately and without breaking the bank or ending up owing money every month on some brand-new device I don't need. Just because the wastful companies of the world have to be making them a new system evey year, don't mean I have to break myself to have one for no apparent reason other than "keeping up with the Jones's", to have one, only for it to be outdated in a year, before I'm done paying it off. No thanks, I'll take my chances with refurbished, and now, most have an insurance plan for a couple of dollars a month, which helps ease the burden of not knowing what you may run into either.

I wouldn't trust this seller, I got this phone with the trust of the reviews. It stopped working within 2 weeks. It simply turned black and wouldn't turn on. No matter how much I attempted to fix it and no matter how many times I had to force shut off and restart nothing happened. all I heard was someone speaking Korean but the screen wouldn't on. After giving it a week i decided to try to turn on again, i got the screen for about 2 minutes before it went black again. And the fact that I couldn't return the item is telling on itself. Please do your research before purchasing from this business/ person. I had to buy a completely new phone last minute because I simply cant leave the house to work or to school without a phone. Such a waste of my money.
