I'm so glad I bought this phone. I just don't need to have the ultimate newest phone model when a new iteration of one comes out - I picked this one up for about $220 and it came in absolutely stunning, flawless condition. It was indeed in "Excellent" condition as advertised in the item description. The screen has a mirror sheen to it; no smudges or marks at all. The rest of the phone looks equally pristine - frankly, the phone just looks brand new, only it didn't come with it's original box. I got it fired up and used the Smart Switch app to bring over all of my data, contacts, wallpapers, configurations, etc from my old Galaxy S10. Super easy. The battery on this phone is a tank - I've been screwing around on my phone and listening to hours and hours of podcasts all day (18 hours) and I still have 40% left on my battery - and this is following a day of HEAVY and consistent use. The usb port is snappy and secure. This is now the second time I have purchased a "renewed" phone from Amazon, and both times, I have been positively delighted. If you want to save $400 or more and enjoy a strong and powerful phone, this is the way to go! ... show more

Was very hesitant to purchase a renewed phone. Finally bit the bullet as I am tight on finances currently. Was VERY SURPRISED by how good the condition of phone. It looks new. As I tried to set it up, it was fast and felt new. My issue: I am on Mint Mobile and thought I could use any phone in the T-Mobile Network. Unfortunately, I can only use UNLOCKED phones on the T-Mobile network. Suffice to say, my SIM card was never able to work on the phone and T-Mobile isn't unlocking this phone for me as I don't have an account with them. ... show more

It is in good condition physically, but loses battery quickly even on low settings and battery saver mode. It's also pretty buggy, locking up apps as if they're in sleep mode even when it's been disabled. I had to uninstall and reinstall my email app so I could access my emails again, but not all apps are able to be uninstalled, so I can't fix everything that way.
