    • Amazing and fast phone, but think twice about purchasing this JUST for the 5G coverage.
The phone arrived in like-new condition! This was a cautionary purchase for me because I've never considered purchasing a phone through a 3rd party before, I usually just bought it straight from the carrier itself. But my concerns were relieved upon receiving this phone! The phone was visually flawless, screen was perfect, and was the exact model as advertised. The phone is lightning fast and the battery life has been incredible thus far, and that's even after adding a bunch of apps I normally use. There a lot of cool features using the S Pen and multitasking. My only major issue is with the fingerprint reader. I want to note I am using a special screen protector with this (one that includes a special fingerprint spot), so you may not run into this if you don't use a protector. But the fingerprint scanner frequently fails in this setup, so it may not be a good security solution for you if you run a similar setup. This particular phone did NOT come with a SIM card, and it's pre-programed for Verizon as advertised. If you are upgrading from 4G to 5G, you will need to contact Verizon to get an upgraded SIM card either mailed to you or you can go to a Verizon center to pick one up. If not, you will still need to contact them to switch the SIM cards from your old phone to your new one. It's a fairly quick process either way. I will say that even though I have upgraded to a 5G SIM card, my phone is still only receiving a 4G LTE signal in my area. Verizon states that this phone is NOT 5G Nationwide compatible, which means this phone will not connect to the mainstream 5G signal that currently exists, but rather depends on the higher band 5G UW that is not yet as accessible. I bought a this renewed note 10 + it did say in the description there might be scuff marks. I am happy to say the screen and glass on the back are new. The mettle on the top, bottom, and sides is scuffed up. That is the only way you can tell it is a used phone. It works great battery seems good so far. S-pen works great. The only annoying thing is all the updates you have to do. Because this is a year old phone that was brought back to factory settings you have to do a years worth of updates. Other than that I am happy with the phone. I have bought many refurbished electronics in the past and have had great luck with them. I hope this phone lasts many years. * UP-DATE re-newed is a scam. So my "re-newed" phone came with a protective glass over the screen. It came with a note that said I should not remove it. Well I thought oh how nice they gave me a screen protector. Well as I was putting on the case the screen protector cracked. I thought oh well and took it off. ONLY to find out that the screen protector was covering up a CRACKED SCREEN!!!!! I was so mad. The description said the phone would be like new but would have some scuff marks. Needless to say looks like these "re-newed" phones from Amazon are scams. I will NEVER buy a re-newed product. I was worried as the packaging was sketchy. It came inside a flimsy mail envelope. There was a box inside the envelope but it was not closed and the phone was hanging out but luckily inside of a little bubble wrapped sleeve. Thank goodness the phone was not damaged or scratched at all. The phone came with the original stylus pen. It also came with a new charger but it appears to be a generic charger not a Samsung. They were also kind enough to send a pin for the Sim card tray. When I 1st attempted to turn on the phone it was at 0% battery but that was easily solved and so after I charged it I was able to transfer all of my stuff over and I am very satisfied with this purchase. The phone was a little dirty on the back but after I wiped it down, the phone looks as works as if it were brand new. I had no problems whatsoever and I would recommend and purchase again. ... show more
