Very happy with this phone. I've always been a note 9 person. But had issues with the last two. Over running memory and eating up all the gigabytes with hardly anything on my phone. The flashlight blew out of the phone on the one before. This one is perfect I checked everything including the internal storage and memory and was where it should be. With even games. Was so easy to set up with my switch everything transferred like everything had been downloaded onto this phone originally except for one camera I had to reprogram. So so far so good I think I got me a good match

Don't buy from this seller
Seller sucks and they know it. The quality of the phone was trash, it started glitching out. It was overpriced, it looked like an excellent condition. But it was like shiny paint over rust, the flaws started to show overtime. The only good thing is, they gave a quick refund. They knew they was hustling and didn't respond, comment or anything.

THE PHONE DOESNT WORK!!!! And if it’s dead after the return window so it’s done you done get help or nothing!!! Don’t buy it’s a SCAM!!!!!!!!! Amazon doesn’t help with that !!!!!!! Actually Amazon doesn’t help with any electronic products so I recommend to buy electronics things ONLY from best buy or some normal store ❤️

Problems
Phone was in good condition but there was a lot of issues with the purchase. The s pen was not the original s pen for the note 10 plus, battery dies quick. The major issue was phone was listed as unlock for All Carriers but the phone was locked to Verizon could not return it was a mess and loss of funds.
