Phone came in near perfect condition. Not a scratch anywhere on the screen. Along the frame of the phone there are only one or two spots where the paint layer seemingly has been scrapped off, that said you only would notice them if you were looking for them and they don't at all affect the functionality of the device. I was a bit worried about the battery life since it only has to be at 80% original capacity but so far it's been phenomenal. Even with heavy usage I have a hard time killing it. I was given a fast charger as well so when it is low it doesn't take long at all to get it back up an adequate amount. The only downside I've experienced is the good amount of updates it took to get it to the newest software version. That said, it's not hard just a long process and the phone works fine without them. The camera is still amazing and more than I and most other will need, the s pen is a joy to have and the screen is beautiful to look at. As far as value for money goes this is amazing and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a newer phone who doesn't want to spend new phone prices. ... show more

I needed (okay; wanted) something a little larger than my Galaxy S9, but don't need the absolute latest and greatest, nor 5G so I took a chance and ordered this. It appears that the vendor may have changed since I bought mine, but as the headline says, I couldn't be happier. First, I gave it a very close inspection when I opened the box, incidentally, mine came in a generic white box, as warned in the listing. If I had been expecting a new one and had inspected it the same way I would be hard pressed to prove it wasn't new. The case as well as the screen were definitely like new. There were no visible scratches, dings or dents. Next, Everything works just as it should. There was one funny thing in that when the screen popped up for the first time the AT&T logo popped up and I knew the listing said it was Verizon, so I was concerned, but when I put my Verizon (actually Xfinity Mobile which uses the Verizon network) SIM card in it worked perfectly, so I don't know if I have an unlocked phone or a locked to Verizon phone, but I don't care, as long as it works as it is supposed to and it does. It is a beautiful and fully functioning Galaxy Note 10+ with all the many many features and benefits of that phone at less than half of the original new price. If you don't need 5G then why the heck wouldn't you save your bucks and buy this? I'm a happy camper and would recommend this to anyone whose needs this fits. ... show more

It says that the phone is locked to Verizon, but turns out, for me anyways, it was locked to AT&T for me. I was so ready to take out my SIM card from my old phone and put it to this one, but to no avail. Tried getting an unlocking code from the service itself, and they didn't even get to find a code because the manufacturer didn't have one. It was too good to be true on that part. However, the phone was in perfect condition, everything was working perfectly with it. Though, I am very disappointed with the fake advertisement of 'carrier is Verizon'. Be aware of that whenever buying this phone. I would make it a two star, but I'm just very upset with the carrier trick. ... show more

    • Moisture in the lense of the camera when I got it.
Once I pulled it out of the package it seemed to be fine until I put the screen protector on it. I immediately noticed that the camera lense had moisture in it. I was following the instructions as the screen protector said to apply it to the screen, so I am not 100 percent sure if this was the cause or if it had it on there already prior to putting the screen protector on. ... show more

Absolutely love that this came in basically new condition!! Everything about it worked wonderfully and I love that it's practically the perfect phone for my relative now! Sadly the bad news is I have to return it since said relative at the last minute decided NOT to go on a new Verizon plan in the end! Yall were freaking me out about this purchase. I had a note 4 way back and upgraded to a S8 three years ago. My screen cracked and was just getting old and slow and the charge was being twice a day basically. So verizon, at the time of this writing was my had introduced their 5G upgrade plan. Trade an 8 series Samsung and up for 800 dollars off a new Samsung 5g phone. I wanted a 21 ultra, but there was no non-5g version and I Dixie want to be paying 240 extra dollars over the next 2 years for a service I probably couldn't use. Anyways verizon reps were trying to confuse me into getting the one without, but there aren't any. The last one was the note 10 or 10+. So I went with this. I payed maybe 480 in total. My phone was basically spot free and only minor dents on the bottom. I believe the fulfilled services amazon relies on differs by states. I got a generic box with no papers or anything, which isn't bad. Just anther reminder that this phone is not new. But am in all mostly great things to say ... show more
