Features

  • **The Wireless Receiver Module is Bluetooth compatible, but does require the AC power cord and Physcial speaker cables to connected to the 2x rear speakers to function correctly. (This is the Wireless Rear Speaker kit).**
  • You can connect two different smart devices at the same time so you can conveniently switch between devices, but Bluetooth mobile device connection is not available when already connected to the TV.
  • This soundbar unit can connect via Bluetooth to enjoy your favorite content without using any unsightly physical cables. We always recommend using the included HDMI Cable to avoid sound disruptions as wireless connections are not always reliable and to be able to use the full sound quality and power of the soundbar system. (* Please make sure your TV supports Bluetooth Soundbar compatibility first, as not all model TVs will support Bluetooth connection, mostly only higher end TV models. *)
  • For Rich Quality Audio, we recommend you connect to a compatible HDMI ARC port via the included HDMI cable for a rich audio experience. (*Please verify your TV model accepts HDMI ARC connections, as not all model TVs support this feature.)
  • Supported Soundbar Features: 3D Surround Sound, Samsung Acoustic Beam, Game Pro Mode, and Q-Symphony.

  • Some troubleshooting tips and review
Edit: Still tinkering with the settings since I got the soundbar and rear speakers. It started out poorly with intermittent connection problems but 3 days later the rear speakers seem to be more consistent. I was also having difficulty getting good quality sound from the rear speakers until I changed to an optical cable instead of the hdmi arc that comes with speakers. The sound quality when running apps through the tv (a samsung tv made in 2019) is poor. I believe most people will find that TVs have poor audio chips installed in them. Thus the need for a sound system. The sound system can only do so much with the audio chip in my TV (I think). The moment I run the apps through my xbox the sound quality improves at least three fold. I'll try playing with the settings some more but I think most people who get this product may need to run it through a different audio source... Some troubleshooting I did was increase audio volume setting on soundbar to max, rear speakers to max, changed tv sound setting to surround, and used an optical cable over their HDMI. I don't think the price of these is great, I think you're paying for the brand name, but I would have thought that Samsung speakers would pair well with a Samsung TV. Guess the the TV I have wasn't as great as I thought. Now that I'm running the speakers through my xbox I might consider keeping them. Sounds great now, I'll test for another day or two to make sure they stay consistent. Edit: Not entirely sure why, but the rear speakers don't function during certain apps or are far more likely to cut in and out. Namely HBO. Just tried using the bluetooth function and connecting the speakers to the TV. Seems to have solved the problem ... show more

  • Not durable
I brought these a couple years ago. Now as, I really listen to it the woofer is very low with the volume turn up and the mini speakers barely play. I do not recommend a soundbar with multicable speakers.

  • Decent Sound Quality
As a consumer who is coming from a Vizio 2.1 sound setup, this is a decent upgrade. The only real improvements I would say that are noticeable are the quality of the bass, and the quality of the treble when hearing music and watching films/shows. The rear speakers are practically nonexistent and really makes the whole point of the 5.1 channel setup moot. If you don't have a soundbar at all, I recommend going for this one. However, if you already have a 2.1 setup, then chances are you won't really benefit from this - it'll be more of the same. ... show more

  • Slightly used model, not new.
When I opened up the box it wasn't hard to figure out that this was either a floor model or refurbished unit. I messaged the seller and they said that it was listed as a grade B? Which is code for opened/barely used I guess. But in the listing it said nothing about being a grade B or slightly used. It was deceptive and listed just like any brand new item on Amazon. The only reason I gave it the rating I did is because the sound quality is great! ... show more

  • Works great and fits our space
Very impressed! We got this because the rear speakers do not have to be connected the tv. The rear speakers do have cords and have to be plugged in but for us it was easy because they are behind our couch. Less cords was our main selling point on this as we have a curious 9 month old that gets into everything. We are very happy with our purchase! ... show more

  • Great cheap surround sound option!
Major upgrade from just the speaker on my Samsung TV. Setting up the rear Bluetooth speakers were a little tricky but not too bad. Sounds great at medium- high volume but gets weird murmuring at low volume. I just use the TV speaker for low volumes. Great cheap surround sound option!

  • Product is fine BUT
This system is fine except when I got it I realized that I don't like the soundbar so I returned it and purchased another system with a receiver.

  • Awesome!!!
I have 3 surround sound systems in my house and this one is by far the best. Sound quality especially when you’re watching a 4K movie is just plain awesome. Playing music it’s crisp And it sounds just like I’m wearing stereo headphones. The bass is powerful.
