Awesome phone, I have problems with cases fitting good and staying put though. They tend to cover a small bit of display on the cover screen. The front left of it. Phone is fast and charges really fast. Open display is wonderful. Crease is barely visible. Camera is just meh but many interesting ways to take a picture with this phone. Basically Brand New—Just Don’t Update the OS!

Buying refurbished is often a gamble, especially with foldables, but this experience was a massive surprise. The device arrived in virtually brand-new condition and was fully factory unlocked right out of the box. There are absolutely no scratches on the hinge, no marks on the screens, and no dead pixels. The folding mechanism feels tight, snappy, and responsive. Note on arrival: My unit arrived with a completely dead battery, so don't be alarmed if it doesn't turn on right away—it just needs a good charge! If you’ve been eyeing the Fold6 but couldn’t justify the MSRP, going refurbished is a no-brainer if you find a unit this clean. It is the ultimate productivity and gaming powerhouse. A few things to watch out for: Packaging: It arrived in a plain box rather than the original Samsung retail packaging. It also had very little protection inside; it was essentially loose in the box at the mercy of the delivery driver. Luckily, it survived the trip! Software Warning: If your unit arrives with One UI 7 or lower I highly recommend staying there. My battery life was incredible initially, but it auto-updated to One UI 8 and the performance has noticeably tanked. Paid over $600 for phone that only worked for 7 months

Phone was refurbished or "renewed" and worked fine for 7 months but after just regular use, the inside screen protector started coming detached and now the inside screen is black. Reached out to the seller to request a refund or replacement or maybe to have it fixed and was told there's nothing they can do since its been past 90 days. Our family has had several folds over the last several years, some brand new and some refurbished, and never have we had this happen. I have also never paid $600 or more for any electronic, where it was only functional for 7 months. If I had my guess, the refurbishing or renewing process probably included the seller replacing the screen protector which would explain why it didn 't last not even 7 months. If I could turn back time, I would have never purchased this phone from this seller and I can guarantee I won't ever buy another one from this seller again. ... show more

Amazing power for the price!

The phone casing has only minor scuffs so looks very good and appears nearly new; screens are intact without any visible scuffs or scratches. Everything appears to be working well. This device is quite a powerhouse - such computing power in the palm of your hand! This was the stuff of science fiction when I was a child watching Star Trek. It is lightweight and I love being able to open to a larger screen, like a mini tablet. Camera appears to work well, though I need to make some adjustments to color due to greens looking blue, but that has been an issue with my previous smartphone camera. I look forward to learning the more advanced features. While trying to set up on my xfinity mobile account, a message appeared saying it was locked to a carrier. Settings didn't show any lock, so went to the xfinity store where the tech was able to complete setup. Worth the wait

I can't complain about the product. I got a near to brand new phone once it arrived. It took longer than I was initially promised. That was a pain, but so far the product itself works as advertised and promised. I was a bit skeptical with the refurbished tag, but im happy.

I've recently bought the Silver version of one of these Renewed Z Fold 6 devices, and so far it's been great! I don't see any signs of it being used; it came practically in new condition. Though, looking at the system dump, there are about 100 battery cycles on it. It seems that this device may not have been used very much, as it shipped to me with one UI 6.1.1, which was released last September, or almost a year ago as of writing this. The phone was first turned on in late July of last year as well, so it's likely that the original owner only kept this for a few months. It came in a generic white box with an aftermarket USB-C to USB-C cable. Though I would have preferred the original retail box and accessories, the price reduction and quality I'm getting it for make it well worth it. Both the cover and inner screen look pristine, with no visible scratches or dents. Every component in the device seems to work as well when testing the Samsung Members diagnostics feature. Though one thing that does bother me a little is that the power or fingerprint button is slightly loose and wiggles a little. Could has been from a repair or maybe a manufacturing defect, hard to know. Though it works fine. The fear of owning these devices is the inner screen failing, so I'd highly recommend also getting one of the Asurion Protection plans for this device. So far, I've personally had a good experience with my product, but when you are buying a renewed device, it's a play in the lottery; you may get a better deal than me, or not. I recently had a damaged inner screen of this same phone and repairing it costed way more than buying it here. So I bought this, got it completely set up, and the inner screen is nice and damage-free! It's a great, fast phone and I love using the larger screen for YouTube videos at night and anime
