The phone is great but when I got it, it was filthy. It was very apparent that it was not cleaned and I had to take an extra step to clean it thoroughly. Gunk in the charging port and noticeable residue that it was used. The phone came with very minor scratching to the screen protectors and very minor scratching around the cameras. It was wiped clean and was packaged well when i opened it. Shipping was fast and efficient, i ordered it Friday afternoon and received it on Saturday afternoon. Battery seems to be good and it did come unlocked and compatible with Verizon. The phone was advertised as “excellent,” but what I received was anything but. From the moment I opened the package, it was clear the description was misleading. The screen protectors arrived already applied — and completely covered in bubbles and scratches. It looked like something that had been used and carelessly repackaged rather than inspected or refurbished to any acceptable standard. Even worse, the included charger and cable felt like relics from the 19th century. The USB charger is outdated and barely functional — it wouldn’t properly charge a phone from ten years ago, let alone the device I purchased. Including such low-quality accessories only adds to the impression that corners were cut at every opportunity. Under normal circumstances, I would have returned this immediately. Unfortunately, I’m traveling shortly and don’t have the time to go through the return process and source a replacement. Overall, this was a disappointing and frustrating experience.
