This arrived in excellent condition and has been working perfectly ever since. Battery life is nice and long and no scratches or dents. The price was excellent at $650 vs. $1899 for a new Z-Fold 6. This vender also gave me a higher trade-in price of $150 for my old Z-Fold 4 than Verizon or Best Buy was going to give me. Note that this is an unlocked phone and will not arrive with branded bloatware. This also means certain carrier apps (live visual voicemail) will not work. I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 (Renewed) from Amazon, and I want to start by saying that I am very happy with the device itself. The phone works perfectly, looks great, and performs exactly as expected. From a functionality standpoint, I have no complaints at all. However, I was very disappointed with the packaging and shipping presentation. For a high-value device like this—renewed or not—the packaging felt careless and insufficient. The phone did not feel well-protected, and the overall unboxing experience did not reflect the price or quality of the product inside. While the device arrived undamaged, better packaging would have provided much more peace of mind. I’m leaving 4 stars instead of 5 solely because of the packaging. If Amazon or the seller improves how renewed devices—especially premium phones—are packed and shipped, this would easily be a 5-star purchase. ... show more

I strongly advise everyone to avoid this seller. I purchased a Galaxy Z Fold6 from them for over $700, and it arrived completely defective. From day one, the device has had critical issues: the Wi-Fi does not connect properly, and internet access is extremely limited—TikTok and WhatsApp barely work, while YouTube, Google Play Store, and all other essential services do not load at all. They are fully aware of these technical defects, yet they refuse to take responsibility. Instead of providing a professional solution for a faulty $700 device, they have the audacity to offer an insulting $15 partial refund as a 'fix.' This is a complete lack of respect for the customer. They are selling defective products and hiding behind policies to avoid accountability. Save your money and do not buy from this seller; they do not stand behind the products they sell. ... show more

For about five years, I've been using a Samsung Fold 3. It's a good phone and I've enjoyed using it. It still looks and works very good. But, I decided to get a newer model. This Amazon Renewed fold 6 arrived quickly and looks like brand new. The phone works great and is faster in all ways than my Fold 3.
