I have to pay an extra 100 dollars because it is not fully unlocked when the description said it was. Now I have to go through the hassle of unlocking it completely through T-Mobile. That is so wrong. This company is ridiculous. Do not do business with this company.

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 (Renewed) from Amazon, and I want to start by saying that I am very happy with the device itself. The phone works perfectly, looks great, and performs exactly as expected. From a functionality standpoint, I have no complaints at all. However, I was very disappointed with the packaging and shipping presentation. For a high-value device like this—renewed or not—the packaging felt careless and insufficient. The phone did not feel well-protected, and the overall unboxing experience did not reflect the price or quality of the product inside. While the device arrived undamaged, better packaging would have provided much more peace of mind. I’m leaving 4 stars instead of 5 solely because of the packaging. If Amazon or the seller improves how renewed devices—especially premium phones—are packed and shipped, this would easily be a 5-star purchase. ... show more
