Don't trust the phones this seller offers! It bricked itself! I bought this phone in Oct 2025 and it worked fine. I didn't know anything was wrong until 3 weeks ago (Feb 2025) when suddenly it stopped connecting to any mobile network. I went to Tmobile and they informed me that the phone had originally been purchased by someone named "Anita Hacker" (I swear I can't make this up) who never put any money towards the phone and owed over 900$ on it. So obviously, after several months of not receiving any payment on it, tmobile blacklisted the phone. Because of this, my phone is bricked and won't connect to a mobile network. Tmobile won't help because they have no way of confirming I didn't steal this phone, despite buying it off of amazon. The third party seller on Amazon refused to help because I was "outside of the warranty period" despite not having any idea that something was wrong until the phone stopped connecting to mobile network. And Amazon, even with their lauded A to Z guarantee, wouldn't help because I'm also outside of their 30 day window too. I repeat, I HAD NO WAY OF KNOWING that my phone would be blacklisted. It was fully functional until suddenly it wasnt. DO NOT buy from this seller. And if you want to buy used, take your phone in to have the carrier check your IMEI, to see if someone else still owes money on the phone, and if so, return that thing before you get cheated. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Buying refurbished is often a gamble, especially with foldables, but this experience was a massive surprise. The device arrived in virtually brand-new condition and was fully factory unlocked right out of the box. There are absolutely no scratches on the hinge, no marks on the screens, and no dead pixels. The folding mechanism feels tight, snappy, and responsive. Note on arrival: My unit arrived with a completely dead battery, so don't be alarmed if it doesn't turn on right away—it just needs a good charge! If you’ve been eyeing the Fold6 but couldn’t justify the MSRP, going refurbished is a no-brainer if you find a unit this clean. It is the ultimate productivity and gaming powerhouse. A few things to watch out for: Packaging: It arrived in a plain box rather than the original Samsung retail packaging. It also had very little protection inside; it was essentially loose in the box at the mercy of the delivery driver. Luckily, it survived the trip! Software Warning: If your unit arrives with One UI 7 or lower I highly recommend staying there. My battery life was incredible initially, but it auto-updated to One UI 8 and the performance has noticeably tanked. It works! I was more worried about the fact it was rated as "acceptable" but yeah the phone is nice. No major dings or scratches but man I would've given an extra buck for a dedicated usbc to usbc cable for it instead of usb-A. I also recommend 3D printing a case for it, just until you get another case. The battery also seems to be in top shape. The screen protector is practically nonexistent, feels like a transparent sticker was applied to the single screen. ... show more

So far, so good. I got my phone on a Thursday and (almost) immediately plugged it in to charge. I took it to my carrier (T-Mobile) later that afternoon to transfer data cuz I didn't trust doing it myself - although that's exactly what I did via Samsung Switch, standing at one of the counters in the store...it was nice to have their assistance & reassurance though! It took nearly 3 hours but I did it 😁 I didn't even *have* to physically transfer the sim card, cuz Esim is a thing now. What?! I might still do it anyway for 'peace of mind' 🤷🏾♀️ The past 72 hours have been a learning curve from my Galaxy Note, so there's definitely some features I'm trying to adjust to before I decide I just don't like them (the default keyboard is driving me crazy). BUT the device looked pristine, so "excellent" was an accurate description 👍🏾 It works beautifully and that ginormous inner screen still makes me chuckle. I did add the insurance ($199+tax) because I was so worried about the whole "renewed" thing and scared the device might not work, but I'm hoping I'll never need it. I also bought a couple cases, duh, and screen protectors just in case. The guys in the store even complimented my purchase, cuz they'd never seen the pink Fold, so now I feel "exclusive" 😉😂 Great price and totally worth it! ... show more
