This product has been giving me problems from the first day i bought it. I thought it was because i just bought it and it would subside with time and maybe just maybe it just need long hours of charging but then gradually I began to realize after a while that I just bought a bad phone and I spent a lot $1,041.86 (which the seller has dropped the price since then, very suspicious ) which i am still paying off since i borrowed money to be able to buy this. The problems started with the phone occasionally logging me off right after it froze showing some lines on the screen. Then it progressed to not only showing my account but other Facebook accounts that I don't recognize ( it seemed like a scam to me and also what if one of the accounts is the seller of this malfunctioning phone, all these thoughts ran through my head) , then it progressed to automatically logging me into it after it displavs the alert " logged you in because we recognize the device you're on". And then I realized it didn't just log me in off of it recognizing the device I'm on but also merged my information from the device(this phone) to the Facebook account and there was nothing I could do about it as now someone has my information in their Facebook account. I later had to remove the accounts from my phone but I had to remove it twice as it reappeared. The phone continues to give me problems. This sucks; please return my money and take your phone back, it has and continues to cause(d) me alot of trauma. ... show more

Phone locks and you have to turn it off to get it to work again, face ID does not work well, Why do so many customers report problems with this model and Samsung not fix. Help I need a human being to listen to me!!!!
