I'm seriously loving this phone. I'd been eyeing a co-worker's phone for a few years, and when I belatedly realized my Note 9 (which I hardly ever used) was no longer supported, I went for this right away. I think my only disappointment is that the S-Pen doesn't work the same on a Z Fold as it does for the Note. I'm happy with the screen, the battery life, the storage, the reception (not the best where I live, but this phone makes the best of it), the way the apps run, and the feel of the phone--although I keep it in a case, because I drop everything. I've yet to take more than one photo in it, but that one was fine. I may be firmly in the Apple walled garden, with my iPhone, Apple Watch, Apple TV, iPad, and MacBook Air, but I hardly use my iPhone anymore; it's now kind of just there to make certain features work on its fruity Companions. Some of my relatives who saw my phone over the holidays liked it. They lost interest when I answered their questions about the price, but my point is they were intrigued by my phone! If I could, I'd take off half a star for the way Samsung nerfed the S-Pen, but that's not an option. I don't think the loss of that functionality is worth a whole star, so it gets five in my book. ... show more

    • DO NOT BUY A SAMSUNG FROM AMAZON RENEWED - WARRANTY DISPUTE NIGHTMARE

I purchased this phone and have been using it for 5 months. All of a sudden the front screen started flickering on and off randomly. This was NOT after a drop or any kind of physical misuse. Over the next three days the flickering became worse and then on the fourth day the main folding screen went black - completely dead. I attempted to factory reset to see if that fixed the issue - no go it would turn on for less than 30 seconds, then hiss static loudly and shut off. While I was trying to verify my warranty it stopped making notifications, then it also stopped making calls, then it stopped being able to take calls... This phone all of a sudden after 5 months of regular use suffered what can only be described as catastrophic hardware malfunction. Over the next 3 days I was contact with Samsung customer service, sending over my warranty documentation more than 5 times - I kid you not. The issue is that the amazon renewed warranty is 90 days and for some reason that overrides the fact that the phone has a year long warranty through Samsung. I sent my documentation five times to three different agents and even though it showed as in warranty on my end (from the original documentation i sent through the website) each agent somehow could not see that the documentation that I sent in. I spent over a week with Samsung customer service arguing the fact that they were incompetent and my warranty was valid. Now I am still in a fight as it is showing a repair estimation and still showing as out of warranty - whether through the amazon renewed warranty issue or whether they're sayin it's physical damage (I repeat the phone has not been dropped, the catastrophic issues started randomly) I will never buy another electronic from Samsung - Their customer service is the most appalling thing I have ever experienced - and I will be moving to a different device without repairing my current one if they insist its related to physical damage. ... show more

I was honestly sceptical of purchasing, as I'd read so many negative reviews. I decided to wait three months before leaving a review. The phone came in mint condition, no scratches, dinges or loose parts. SIM tray was easy to pop out, battery life lasts over 24 hours of usage varying from podcast listening and scrolling through social media apps. The quality of this phone is great. I was scared after seeing how glitchy and prone to breaking the Fold 3 was. Thankfully I spent an extra $50 on this model. It fits in female and male trouser pockets perfectly. Only reason I gave 4 and not five its because its a used phone but the price i got it for said very good so my oy complaint is the inside screen has slight cracks that you can feel but doesn't distract to much from the use of the screen and it said no scratches on inside fold otherwise then that its a good phone also the camera doesn't seem clear clear...but still takes good enough pics for my job...im not saying its got to be the best of the best bit ive had better shots... ... show more

This phone is in perfect condition. Both screens are in excellent scratch Free condition with protective covering on both screen covering the entire screen from end to end. The colors are bright .The picture quality is excellent on both screens. The camera takes fantastic pictures even in low light realistically translating the colors. I have purchased phones from other sellers who rated their phones as excellent but none can compare to this seller's. This phone is perfect. Ok, it's been 11 months, the phone 's main screen is black. It won't charge. Every time you plug it in, it has less charge. It was $150 to change the battery and to diagnose the problem.But, still has the same problems. They believe its the power regulator but they can't guarantee that that it will solve the problem. Almost one month ago, I bought this phone and have been using it regularly. Overall, it is working well. 1. The phone looked 100% new when I received it. 2. The battery performs excellently; after charging, I can use it for a day and a half. I did encounter a small issue with the system because the phone was locked by the admin. I contacted Amazon and the seller's customer service, and they were very friendly and helpful in resolving the issue. If they couldn't fix it, they offered to arrange a return and refund. I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 from (EXPORTTEK INC/ReNew Pros) located at 410 FREEPORT PKWY, SUITE 100, COPPELL, TX 75019, US. I paid $612.47. I wish I would've been able to inspect this product before purchasing. You never know what you are going to get online. I received the phone in a timely manner and the appearance of the phone was excellent condition. I charged the phone fully and began to set the phone up. It did not come with a pen and within minutes the battery started dropping. After an hour the phone needed to be charged again. The phone couldn't even hold a charge! I reset the phone, repackaged it in its original packaging, and shipped the phone back immediately. This company has received the phone already, and told me once they have inspected it that they will issue a refund. This has not been the case. I have not received a refund and they have not responded to my latest inquiry. Not only did they send me a defective phone but they are trying to keep my money as well. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, reporting this to Amazon, and making a statement on social media concerning their business practices. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this seller! I pray they can act like professionals and return the money that I have spent, but so far there is no hope. ... show more
