I'm seriously loving this phone. I'd been eyeing a co-worker's phone for a few years, and when I belatedly realized my Note 9 (which I hardly ever used) was no longer supported, I went for this right away. I think my only disappointment is that the S-Pen doesn't work the same on a Z Fold as it does for the Note. I'm happy with the screen, the battery life, the storage, the reception (not the best where I live, but this phone makes the best of it), the way the apps run, and the feel of the phone--although I keep it in a case, because I drop everything. I've yet to take more than one photo in it, but that one was fine. I may be firmly in the Apple walled garden, with my iPhone, Apple Watch, Apple TV, iPad, and MacBook Air, but I hardly use my iPhone anymore; it's now kind of just there to make certain features work on its fruity Companions. Some of my relatives who saw my phone over the holidays liked it. They lost interest when I answered their questions about the price, but my point is they were intrigued by my phone! If I could, I'd take off half a star for the way Samsung nerfed the S-Pen, but that's not an option. I don't think the loss of that functionality is worth a whole star, so it gets five in my book. ... show more

Almost one month ago, I bought this phone and have been using it regularly. Overall, it is working well. 1. The phone looked 100% new when I received it. 2. The battery performs excellently; after charging, I can use it for a day and a half. I did encounter a small issue with the system because the phone was locked by the admin. I contacted Amazon and the seller's customer service, and they were very friendly and helpful in resolving the issue. If they couldn't fix it, they offered to arrange a return and refund. I purchased this phone and have been using it for 5 months. All of a sudden the front screen started flickering on and off randomly. This was NOT after a drop or any kind of physical misuse. Over the next three days the flickering became worse and then on the fourth day the main folding screen went black - completely dead. I attempted to factory reset to see if that fixed the issue - no go it would turn on for less than 30 seconds, then hiss static loudly and shut off. While I was trying to verify my warranty it stopped making notifications, then it also stopped making calls, then it stopped being able to take calls... This phone all of a sudden after 5 months of regular use suffered what can only be described as catastrophic hardware malfunction. Over the next 3 days I was contact with Samsung customer service, sending over my warranty documentation more than 5 times - I kid you not. The issue is that the amazon renewed warranty is 90 days and for some reason that overrides the fact that the phone has a year long warranty through Samsung. I sent my documentation five times to three different agents and even though it showed as in warranty on my end (from the original documentation i sent through the website) each agent somehow could not see that the documentation that I sent in. I spent over a week with Samsung customer service arguing the fact that they were incompetent and my warranty was valid. Now I am still in a fight as it is showing a repair estimation and still showing as out of warranty - whether through the amazon renewed warranty issue or whether they're sayin it's physical damage (I repeat the phone has not been dropped, the catastrophic issues started randomly) I will never buy another electronic from Samsung - Their customer service is the most appalling thing I have ever experienced - and I will be moving to a different device without repairing my current one if they insist its related to physical damage. ... show more

I was honestly sceptical of purchasing, as I'd read so many negative reviews. I decided to wait three months before leaving a review. The phone came in mint condition, no scratches, dinges or loose parts. SIM tray was easy to pop out, battery life lasts over 24 hours of usage varying from podcast listening and scrolling through social media apps. The quality of this phone is great. I was scared after seeing how glitchy and prone to breaking the Fold 3 was. Thankfully I spent an extra $50 on this model. It fits in female and male trouser pockets perfectly. Only reason I gave 4 and not five its because its a used phone but the price i got it for said very good so my oy complaint is the inside screen has slight cracks that you can feel but doesn't distract to much from the use of the screen and it said no scratches on inside fold otherwise then that its a good phone also the camera doesn't seem clear clear...but still takes good enough pics for my job...im not saying its got to be the best of the best bit ive had better shots... ... show more

This phone is in perfect condition. Both screens are in excellent scratch Free condition with protective covering on both screen covering the entire screen from end to end. The colors are bright .The picture quality is excellent on both screens. The camera takes fantastic pictures even in low light realistically translating the colors. I have purchased phones from other sellers who rated their phones as excellent but none can compare to this seller's. This phone is perfect. Ok, it's been 11 months, the phone 's main screen is black. It won't charge. Every time you plug it in, it has less charge. It was $150 to change the battery and to diagnose the problem.But, still has the same problems. They believe its the power regulator but they can't guarantee that that it will solve the problem. I haven't had the phone 30 minutes yet, so nothing bad! I've heard of people getting fast service I have never got service this fast. I'm almost thinking this company lives next door to me. I'll comment later after I've gotten a chance to get used to it about how great the party is but it was packaged extremely professional it was packaged great very great so I have nothing bad to say!! That was 30 minutes after getting the phone but 4 days later a line appeared on the screen. I immediately contacted RECELL There were problems in communication right off the bat. I wasn't displeased right then, I know it's a business but in today's times. You can't expect a person to go without a phone for 2-3 days. Especially one that cost so much, I venture to say myself like most people don't understand the difference in a third party company on Amazon. And Amazon stores directly, I sent my previous phone in to, to have a discount rate on the new phone from "recell" but they are separate. So I would have no fall back phone they didn't care, I asked but there was no work around. Not to mention you can't talk to anybody directly, Everything has to be on email or through Amazon site. Where you have x amount of characters in which to type a message. The purchase description doesn't tell you all of these things! After all of this, I find out I'm only getting half or my $900/something Repayment. Because they say the phone was broken. It was not broken! And it was not shipped broken, it was shipped in the same box my brand new phone was. It was packaged very well, and there was no cracks on the screen, they attempted to send me a screenshots but nothing would open. DON'T BUY REFURBISHED PHONES from them "RE-CELL". My wife tried to tell me not to but I was trying to save money now I've paid more! You NEVER HAVE TO WORRY about me buying anything from you again!! ... show more
