We truly need 0 stars because this would be a 0 star review. This phone is a total bust, seriously. I couldn't even get it activated on my provider, which is a pretty basic requirement for a phone, right? It's completely useless to me without that. I'm so bummed out because I was really looking forward to using it and the pricing was too good to be true period it was practically 50%. Off a brand new one. 1. It was not factory wiped when I received it. I had to do my own factory, reset on the phone and then started to set it up like a new phone. 2. I could not update the android operating system. I kept getting an error saying that my operating system was not compatible. Whatever that means. 3. I proceeded as i've done in the past with multiple phones to transfer my number to it on the xfinity mobile network. Epic failure! The information and serial number then is required to check the phone's compatibility on the network.Kept failing. I spent hours with technical support, trying everything. And nothing worked. To sum up, do you only think I can think of is that this phone is somehow been blocked for illegal activity or something similar. It was then returned or is sold or traded in to amazon. The good news is I went to best buy and sadly paid full retail for an unlocked galaxy z flip seven comma and had zero issues with it. It took about fifteen minutes to get on a network and I didn't have a single hiccup and I did not need any technical support help at all. Thank god for amazon's renewed return policy, or I would be out quite a bit of money. ... show more

Phone was sold in refurbished excellent condition, and i minus one stars for not meeting that critiria as there are visible large dings in the hinge part of the phone when you fold it. But, overall i love the phone. It also came a day early so i appreciate that. Its been a very fun experience since i switched from iphone! I love the feel and home screen layout, and of course the flip feature is super fun, super easy to use super easy to customize. No regrets switching over to android. The phone's eSIM was locked to another carrier. Seller kept saying I should use a physical SIM card. I paid for a phone that should work with an eSIM and physical SIM card. I was offered $20 for my trouble. I ended sending the phone back. I did receive a full refund. Hence the one star.
