Phone was sold in refurbished excellent condition, and i minus one stars for not meeting that critiria as there are visible large dings in the hinge part of the phone when you fold it. But, overall i love the phone. It also came a day early so i appreciate that. Its been a very fun experience since i switched from iphone! I love the feel and home screen layout, and of course the flip feature is super fun, super easy to use super easy to customize. No regrets switching over to android. it does seem to come in excellent condition but when people say unlocked one would be safe to assume the phone has never been tied to a mobile carrier so they lied about that, no where does it say that the phone was previously tied to a carrier. Also came with stuff im assuming the previous owner left which is pretty dangerous they didn't factory reset it before shipping out, so will factory reset and send back NO FREE RETURNS IF THINGS DONT COME AS EXPECTED BY THE WAY I say look else where for an ACTUAL UNLOCKED flip because im already getting carrier apps here asking for permissions and not able to uninstall their apps SO BEWARE BUYER UNLESS YOU'RE OK WITH ALL THAT its pretty good. ... show more
