    • My next phone will be refurbished too
Color: Jet Black Size: 256GB Style: Flip7 Pattern Name: Phone Only
I waited a few months to write a review in case something went wrong... but it never did! I was a little hesitant to purchase a refurbished phone but now I'm not sure if I would ever do it another way. I have been very happy with the phone itself and it worked out exactly as the seller promoted. I had no issues upon receiving it and it was in perfect condition. I would definitely get my next phone through Amazon renewed and my experience with this particular seller was fantastic. ... show more

    • Great Value, Great Phone
Color: Coral Red Size: 256GB Style: Flip7 Pattern Name: Phone Only
Phone arrived overnight in perfect condition. This was the first time i have purchased a renewed phone and was apprehensive already due to the phone being an admittedly fragile phone (Samsung Fold). So far everything seems great, the phone had no scratches , dead pixels or anything obvious. The phone was indeed unlocked- it appeared to initially be an AT&T phone originally and still made me go through the set up process but I received service with my carrier no issue. This phone was a Prime Day purchase and a great deal, so far I am quite pleased! I will continue to monitor things like overall battery health but other than that I would definitely recommend purchasing a renewed phone from this seller. ... show more

    • Could not be updated or activated
Color: Blue Shadow Size: 512GB Style: Flip7 Pattern Name: Phone Only
We truly need 0 stars because this would be a 0 star review. This phone is a total bust, seriously. I couldn't even get it activated on my provider, which is a pretty basic requirement for a phone, right? It's completely useless to me without that. I'm so bummed out because I was really looking forward to using it and the pricing was too good to be true period it was practically 50%. Off a brand new one. 1. It was not factory wiped when I received it. I had to do my own factory, reset on the phone and then started to set it up like a new phone. 2. I could not update the android operating system. I kept getting an error saying that my operating system was not compatible. Whatever that means. 3. I proceeded as i've done in the past with multiple phones to transfer my number to it on the xfinity mobile network. Epic failure! The information and serial number then is required to check the phone's compatibility on the network.Kept failing. I spent hours with technical support, trying everything. And nothing worked. To sum up, do you only think I can think of is that this phone is somehow been blocked for illegal activity or something similar. It was then returned or is sold or traded in to amazon. The good news is I went to best buy and sadly paid full retail for an unlocked galaxy z flip seven comma and had zero issues with it. It took about fifteen minutes to get on a network and I didn't have a single hiccup and I did not need any technical support help at all. Thank god for amazon's renewed return policy, or I would be out quite a bit of money. ... show more

    • Very good condition and full featured phone.
My son was very pleased with his purchase of this phone. It has started making a slight noise when opening and closing which may be the spring, but other than that it has worked flawlessly for him.

    • Great phone
Color: Jet Black Size: 256GB Style: Flip7 Pattern Name: Phone Only
My Z flip 7 was beginning to not hold a charge very well and was getting really hot. I purchased this one as a replacement and it's so far I'm completely satisfied. I couldn't see paying the difference in the price to go to the Z flip 8 when this one works so well.

    • Great compact phone
Color: Blue Shadow Size: 256GB Style: Flip7 Pattern Name: Phone Only
4 Stars — Great Compact Phone Scratch Resistance: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The exterior has held up well with normal everyday use so far. It still makes sense to use a case and screen protection, but the phone feels well built. Overall Appearance: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This phone looks great. The foldable design is sleek and modern, and the large cover screen is especially nice. Value for Money: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It’s definitely not a cheap phone, but you’re paying for the unique foldable design, compact size, and features. I think the value is good if you specifically want a flip phone. Size: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is probably my favorite feature. Folded, it takes up very little room in a pocket, but opens into a full-size 6.9” screen. Durability: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It feels surprisingly solid for a folding phone. The Armor Aluminum frame and Gorilla Glass Victus 2 give it a premium feel, although I would still recommend a good case because the folding screen is something I wouldn’t want to abuse. Overall: ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A really nice-looking, compact phone with a great design. The price is high, but if you want a phone that folds into a small package without giving up a full-size screen, the Z Flip7 is a great option. ... show more

    • Looks great and will be better for me to carry in pockets!
Color: Jet Black Size: 256GB Style: Flip7 Pattern Name: Phone Only
Looks brand new, transfer was seamless from my other Samsung phone, however when it was all done it said emergency calls only! By logging into my provider on my laptop, they showed the Flip7 but had to send a new signal, then turned phone off & on and viola! it works great, all my stuff transferred pretty fast, and I think this phone won't fall out of my jacket pocket into a toilet at the airport. ... show more
