do not buy phones from amazon!!! I purchased this phone 4mos ago and it is already broke. I tried to submit a claim with the insurance AMAZON suggested at the time when I purchased the phone and apparently that covers absolutely nothing!!! yet, I paid monthly for insurance, and everyone can see the ASURION insurance was purchased at exactly the same time as the phone. I bought a renewed flip z6 for my husband. It was in excellent condition. I couldn't tell it wasn't brand new looking at it. Being a flip phone I was leery of buying one especially used. This phone was not only in better condition than I expected but also came 4 days earlier than it said. Really happy with it so far. These phones fit comfortably in your hand. Really like the feel of it. It folds up and fit in a pocket way easier than a regular phone. It has the finger print on the power button which is nice. If you are concerned about buying a refurb, don't be. Have only bought refurbs for years and the first time I had an issue was with this purchase and this is the important part. The product came in perfect condition and worked great for just over two months. Then the cellular modem went, as any electronic may do.
