This was advertised as a returned product. Look "like New" to me. Even the clear insert that is attached to the ring still had the protection film on it. Bought one of these when I first bought my Flip4 but then tried a bunch of other after market cases that didn't really suit my needs. They were either poor quality or too thick. Then I misplaced my OEM case so I snagged this one. The fit and finish are on spec with an OEM Samsung case. I got this case around 4 months ago and have used it since. I have dropped my phone so many times and no cracks! The downside is that about one month into having it the ring attachment broke off, and there are scratches all over the case. The case slides (only a little), but the case hasn't discolored. I have both clear and pink case. I got the pink case from the samsung website and it held out for longer than the clear case. The material that holds the ring for pink case has layers, and the layers have separated over 11-12 months of tough usage. However it is still in an usable condition. The silcone is very stain resistant. That is a big plus. The clear case is a hard plastic and cracked very easily. The cracks made the case look ugly, but it was still in an usable condition. The material that holds the ring came apart within 3 months, and one of the layers is no longer attached to the ring. There is a plastic insert for the ring that is connected by the ring holder material. Since the ring holder material is connecting the two pieces of the case, I can't trust the ring anymore. ... show more

I bought this case when I first got this phone, when it was fresh on the market, and it broke within 3 months. I didn’t like that there wasn’t any hinge protection because that seemed pretty important and sure enough it dropped out of my lap about 3 feet to the floor right on the hinge and it got misaligned. Thankfully, my warranty paid for the repair but I started looking for a new case. I didn’t have a new one by the time the repair was done so I put it back on and within a week the band connecting the acrylic panel to the ring snapped entirely. At that point I just left the covers on and priority shipped a new case that had hinge protection. ... show more
