Paid extra for "excellent quality". I have only had the phone for about two weeks, I have treated it like a baby, and its already starting to break. I know its not the phone, its the seller. I've bought older versions of this phone, all refurbished off Amazon, and I've always been pleased with the quality, so I feel safe to assume this is the sellers fault. Top centimeter of my phone screen flickers green when I turn my phone on/off. Early signs of a screen failure. After 2 weeks. Now I have to switch all my stuff back to my old phone and wait for a refund to buy a new one. Merry Christmas to me I guess. Samsung phones are fantastic, but I wouldn't trust this seller. This was my first time dealing with Amazon Renewed, so I was a little nervous. However, the phone I received was in excellent condition, even though I didn't buy the 'premium' option. Honestly, I am pretty sure it is new, since everything was sealed in the original packaging. The IMEI number of the phone matched thr box, and all of the other checks confirmed the phone was authentic. I did a factory reset before setting everything up, just to be safe, but everything looked like it was legit. My phone and screen were totally scratch free. This phone came looking great and worked wire well until about 1 week ago a small dot appeared just about where the crease is then got bigger.. now there is about a 2mm line running from the dot to the top of phone. Very surprised as this phone is less than six month since I got it.

The phone is actually amazing, The only problem I had with the product was the screen freezing issue which is quite common with this model and Samsung is doing some discounts and promotions to compensate the customers with repair.
