Really awesome phone for a great price. The phone arrived in pretty much mint condition, not a scratch anywhere. Activated on First Net (AT&T) without issue. The outer display lets you make and answer calls, texts and some apps even run on it, so you never have to open it up if you don't want to. I did invest in an Otterbox case and a small holster, it's like 2005 all over again with a flip phone that becomes a full sized phone! No problem updating to Android 16/OneUi 8 and according to Samsung, 7 years of updates for the Z Flip 6 so for under $400 one gets a phone that will last for a few years and get updates. Great storage perfect for what I needed. Screen is good quality. Battery life could be better , love the color (I got a blue one) however I never received a book on the ph that was supposed to be enclosed. Otherwise very happy with my ph even though it's refurbished.

I recently bought this Z Flip 6 and noticed it was stuck on an old version of Android 14 and One UI (6.1.1) and wouldn't update, even though One UI 8 / Android 16 is already out. If you buy this phone used/renewed from this seller, check your "Service provider software version" in Settings->About Phone->Software Info. If you see a mismatch (like mine showed XAA software but VZW hardware) and you are on a carrier like Mint Mobile, your phone might be "orphaned" from updates. The phone thinks it's one thing, but the update servers see another, so it just says "Up to Date" when it isn't. To fix it, I had to use a PC and a tool called Odin to manually flash the official Samsung Unlocked (U1) firmware. Once I did that, the phone updated and immediately recognized the latest 2026 updates. If you aren't tech-savvy, you might need to take it to a Samsung Service Center to have them force the update. This information should really be provided in this listing, since if not, your phone may seem fine, but it is actually stuck on software and security updates from 2024! The phone itself has been great to use and was in near-perfect condition when I received it. Much better after the new updates, though. ... show more

Phone came in excellent condition, no issues so far. A bit disappointed that the charger they sent with it was obviously in bad condition, I don't want to attempt to use it, but I have many other USBC chargers so it's not a big deal to me.

The phone is actually amazing, The only problem I had with the product was the screen freezing issue which is quite common with this model and Samsung is doing some discounts and promotions to compensate the customers with repair.

I bought this phone in the blue color I've never had any issues with Amazon refurbished personally everything always comes in great condition and working perfectly I've only had this foldable phone for a week or two and I love how lightweight it is and fits in my pocket, hinge seems pretty strong but if there's any issue I'll update but id definitely get another foldable phone came unlocked as advertised, had to charge when I got it and no cracks or scratches on the body upon arrival works with my spectrum service too ... show more
