I love this phone. I have enough wall chargers handy to keep the battery up and find the compact design perfect for carrying in my shirt pocket or front trouser pockets. Always gets an interested glance from others. A really nifty phone!

All the function, in one half the bulky size
I have been a smart phone technology hold out for too many years with my old flip phone. I've been waiting for this Samsung design and it was finally available as I coincidentally had an accident that destroyed my old phone. I'm still learning all the smart phone functionality, but absolutely love the fold function of this phone! Fits in shirt pockets and front blue jeans pockets with no problem and no one sees the phone! The very slight ripple of a crease in the center of the glass where this Z Flip phone folds is no a problem. I was worried by all the bad critical reviews about the battery life, but I've been pleasantly surprised. You won't run out of battery life unless your on the phone constantly all day. It conserves power when folded if you make the correct settings on set up. I bought a heavy duty phone cover that also folds with the phone and it works great! I finally have the functionality of a smart phone and the miniaturization of a bulky piece of glass. Best of both worlds! Love it! ... show more

Phone didn't receive or make calls. Update on 2nd phone
The phone is nice and we really like that it folds but it does not work. There is no voice mail app, calls go straight to voicemail which you can't access. It won't make calls either, the call ends immediately. I went to our provider three different times for a total of over five hours and they couldn't get it to work. The only thing that works is internet and texting. Returning this phone and getting another of the same in hopes that it was just this one. ** Same thing, the second one that came in didn't work either. Mildly annoying
Looks like the screen was broken at one point and there is still a line going across the top. Does not affect scrolling or touch screen, just mildly annoying at different angles or bright sun. Phone has also gotten super hot twice. If it continues, it might be sent back.

Buy one and never look back. Also the dude who thinks that the battery isn't enough for it to be a daily driver, clearly doesn't own his own personal external battery to just carry around in his pocket. Which is fine, but don't complain about the battery life when you could literally just purchase a $10 20,000 mAh battery and have it available on you at all times any moment you could ever possibly want to charge. If you don't feel like carrying something bulky, carry a tiny little bag on you and then put all your stuff inside of it and then you have everything! ... show more

Nice folding phone.
For me at 88 it is too difficult to operate. Great applications that i do not use. Nice folding and easy to place in my pocket. May need to return for a simpler flip phone. This phone will be great for someone having knowledge in advanced cell phone use. Did not arrive with instructions.

Check your cell phone provider before you buy
I love this phone but my cell phone provider (AT&T) shut down my receiving and calling an told me they had a "glitch" in the system such that wouldn't work on any phone not purchased from AT&T. I can't change providers until the first of the year, so I now have my new phone sitting on the table waiting for a service provider that isn't greedy crooks. Boy will I be glad when I can finally be unshackled from AT&T ... show more
