I have been a smart phone technology hold out for too many years with my old flip phone. I've been waiting for this Samsung design and it was finally available as I coincidentally had an accident that destroyed my old phone. I'm still learning all the smart phone functionality, but absolutely love the fold function of this phone! Fits in shirt pockets and front blue jeans pockets with no problem and no one sees the phone! The very slight ripple of a crease in the center of the glass where this Z Flip phone folds is no a problem. I was worried by all the bad critical reviews about the battery life, but I've been pleasantly surprised. You won't run out of battery life unless your on the phone constantly all day. It conserves power when folded if you make the correct settings on set up. I bought a heavy duty phone cover that also folds with the phone and it works great! I finally have the functionality of a smart phone and the miniaturization of a bulky piece of glass. Best of both worlds! Love it!

This item arrived with a green line on the screen. It started as intermittent and then became steady. When I tried to return it, they claimed I dropped it and would not refund my money. In addition, the SMS card would not seat properly and I could not use Kindle (got an error that there was something wrong with the O/S). Not worth the money.

For the price I was expecting at least a scratch or a dent of some description, but none to be found!! The phone looks and acts as if it just rolled off the assembly line! The phone arrived earlier than expected which was a godsend because I'm leaving for a trip. Overall I am incredibly satisfied. For those that are curious where the phone folds there is a shallow crease in the screen. It's not anything you're going to notice unless you're looking at the phone from an angle, while you can feel it, it's only really noticeable if you're actively thinking about it. The hinge has about the same resistance as a laptop hinge, and it feels incredibly robust. Battery life is acceptable, its comparable to my Pixel 4a. The only genuine complaint I have about this phone has nothing to do with the refurbisher but everything to do with Samsung and their software, I'm not personally the biggest fan of Samsung's bloatware, I prefer stock Android. However you can get a similar experience with a third party launcher, I highly suggest lawnchair2. With minimal effort I was able to get this phone exactly how I wanted it!! In conclusion overall I am incredibly pleased, the seller was phenomenal and the product is in perfect condition.

For me at 88 it is too difficult to operate. Great applications that i do not use. Nice folding and easy to place in my pocket. May need to return for a simpler flip phone. This phone will be great for someone having knowledge in advanced cell phone use. Did not arrive with instructions.

Looks like the screen was broken at one point and there is still a line going across the top. Does not affect scrolling or touch screen, just mildly annoying at different angles or bright sun. Phone has also gotten super hot twice. If it continues, it might be sent back.

I'm so glad I purchased this product. It came in a box with a charger just like promised and the phone works wonderfully. I don't typically like android phones but this one definitely takes the cake for the best Android phone I've ever had. The autocorrect is a bit weird sometimes but other than that I have no complaints. I love the folding aspect of the phone it's so cool. The battery life isn't as good as my iPhone 11 was but it's not particularly bad either. I love the fingerprint reader too I missed that so much when I got the iPhone 11. Overall I'm very pleased! Edit: I've had this phone for a few months now and I still really like it. The only real complaint I can give besides the battery life could be better is the fingerprint reader malfunctions kind of a lot. It's annoying, but it doesn't happen all the time.

I only got it for my wife on Christmas because of the price point. She didn’t even swap over phones til the end of January and it does work on a Sprint/T-Mobile provider. But all you need to do is YouTube things the Z can do and you’ll be amazed by it. Better than my Razor back in the day...enjoy!
