    • looks and works like a brand new phone at a fraction of the price
The order arrived on time. I only have it for 1 week. Item arrived in pristine condition, and everything is working perfectly so far. I am very satisfied with seller. There are multiple sellers selling same item but as i was buying a renewed item, seeing the high customer satisfaction level with this seller Hybrid IT gave me a comfort level. So far, I am very happy with purchase. ... show more

    • My first refurbushed phone
This is the 1st time I've bought a refurbished phone for half the price of the same model new, and I couldn't be happier. Nothing about it seems used. Truly impossible to tell it wasn't new & unused. Still can't get the fingerprint scanner to work. Will keep trying. Really happy with the smaller size of a flip phone folded. Fits very nicely in my shirt pocket & the smaller size makes a belt-clip holster for it MUCH easier to use. Deal with the seat belt when I get in or out of my car. ... show more

    • Able to cover up the scratches with case but phone works
It was labeled as excellent condition, but it came scratch up Thankfully, I had bought a cute looking case to go along with it so it doesn’t bother me as much but I did pay for excellent condition. and I will buy from this seller again 100% Beautiful screen quality Way better than a iPhone. The battery life Is not that bad and it charges up so quick so I really don’t see an issue with it. Functionality dude, I am kicking myself for not dropping iPhone sooner. This phone is crazy. Cool I can do everything in iPhone can do and more and it keeps exceeding my expectations. Well Samsung keeps treating me this good Im never going to need to look at an iPhone again. ... show more

    • much better than expected!
I was basically forced into buying a replacement Flip4 when my old phone suffered hinge damage after its one and only fall (design flaw?). Rather than spend $380 for the repair I decided to buy an Amazon renewed/refurbished phone at a significantly lower cost (made even lower thanks to some gift card $$$). I wasn't sure what to expect, but "excellent" condition turns out to be basically like new -there is no sign that this phone was ever used! The only brief moment of worry was when the phone started with AT&T (I had purchased an unlocked version since I am a T-Mobile customer)... but as soon as I popped my SIM card in, it recognized the new carrier and restarted with T-Mobile. A few hours of SmartSwitch transfer and customization later, I have "my" phone back. I can only hope not to drop it again, but if I do I am counting on the new case I bought which includes hinge protection to help me avoid another phone purchase. My next phone upgrade will definitely be with Amazon renewed. ... show more

    • Annoyance!!
It was cool at first and then it wore off. Hard to protect with a case. Opening and closing the phone got annoying. I switched back to my old phone after a few months.

    • Quality that is affordable!
