2 weeks ago after only having my phone for 2 months my phone started getting black in the middle of the screen where the phone folds. now the black spot is so big i cant touch anything on the top part of the screen. i have only found 1 place that can repair it and it cost $414 which is more than i even paid for the phone! i cant afford to afford to get it fixed. this sucks because i use this phone for navigation to get my daughter around and to keep in contact with family and so so much more. now i cant do anything ... show more

I purchased this phone a while back and it has been amazing thus far and I have experienced no problems. I believe I purchased a refurbished one for a little bit cheaper, it came in pristine condition. I was able to activate it flawlessly with my carrier and I've had it ever since. The only down side to having this phone is finding good phone cases haha! Phone shipped damaged. Will not buy from seller again if not issue is not resolved. Item came damaged, main screen will not turn on, only the small back screen showing time & battery life is working. Took it to a repair store and they said it was broken, missing bumper for smooth closing.
