I am beyond disappointed with both SoonerSoft Electronics and Amazon regarding my recent purchase. I bought a refurbished phone, which was clearly listed as being in "excellent condition." I understood that to mean a device free of nicks and scratches, which it was. However, I also reasonably expected that a phone in "excellent condition" would function properly—yet after just 147 days, the device began deteriorating with distorted, pixelated areas on the screen, making it virtually unusable. When I reached out for assistance, I was met with nothing but dismissive responses and deflection. Despite my multiple attempts to communicate the issue—including providing images as proof—neither the seller nor Amazon was willing to take any responsibility for selling a defective product. Instead, I was conveniently reminded that the 90-day warranty had expired—just two months ago. This is absolutely unacceptable. If a seller is advertising a product in "excellent condition," then it should not stop functioning after a few months. This experience has left me frustrated, disappointed, and unwilling to trust SoonerSoft Electronics—or Amazon's third-party sellers—ever again. Buyers beware: if something goes wrong, you’ll be on your own. The phone itself was a gift. The individual loved it, while it was working. Cosmetically, it appeared flawless upon arrival, and still does. Untill you turn it on. Once on, it holds charge. The phone's function are limited given the defects in the screen. The phone is as advertised however it was delivered without the SIM card tray. I was forced to buy a new tray which doesn't match my phone trim.

My son couldn't be happier with his new fancy phone. It is a reconditioned item, but you wouldn't know by looking at it. Appeared new! Just happened to be about $700 less than the new ones still being sold!

Hinge broke within the first few days just opening and closing not dropping it. Than the insurance i bout with it wouldn't fix it. I went through a month of fighting amazon for a return 3 phone calls to customer service and finally got store credit to not wait another 4 to 6 weeks for a check
