This phone was junk the day I bought it. Had glitches in the screen and when touching it to check anything or to answer it it wouldn't work. Then it completely stopped working. Got the money back to take it to get it fixed and after picking it up the place that worked on it was a complete joke. The spilt something on it and refused to finish working on it because they said it was who ever owned this phone before me spilt something in it. I've bought 2 previous phones through Amazon before never had issues til this phone. One headache after another. Do a better job at checking these phones. Now I'm still out of the money I spent to buy this phone. No money and I had to buy my daughter another phone ... show more

I was an Apple user, but this phone caught my eye. I got it refurbished, it came in a cardboard box, original charger and not original cable, which I ended up not using. And Amazon Refurbished warranty. It says it's unlocked, however I could not use this phone with AT&T USA or AT&T Mexico, I called them and AT&T USA Customer Service tolde me their network doesn't work with Amazon phones. Had to switch to T-Mobile, which I honestly didn't mind (cheaper and more GB) don't know if it works with other companies, though. It has eSim too, which works for having 2 different Sims at the time. It has no scratches or marks, it looks brand new. It works wonderful and I'm pretty much in love with it. I do have to charge it at night and if I use it a lot, another time throughout the day. I have no issues with this anyway. It's beautiful, easy to carry and compact, fits perfectly in any purse or pocket. It caughts the eye. I recommend this and I'd definitely buy this again. I love it. 💜 ... show more

I love this phone. I switched from an iPhone 8, so I'm not really a big fan of how bulky phones have become and I love that this flip phone can become compact and fits perfectly in my back pocket. Regarding the crease in the middle, it is very slight and impossible to notice once you are using apps or watching something. It doesn't bother me at all, however, I have not gotten a screen protector for this phone. The lavender color is cute and I like that you can customize the small screen on the back of the phone. It's a little hard to find cute cases, but I found a few on Aliexpress! I haven't had any issues with this phone despite buying it refurbished, so I am grateful!! The touch screen and fingerprint reading features work just fine. As for camera quality, it's decent! I still think Apple has better camera quality but it's okay, I love Samsung anyway. ... show more

Great phone, wish I could have gotten a new one instead of refurbished though. I had my old flip 3 for 2 1/2 years with no problems at all, and I accidentally broke my screen. I bought a refurbished one because I really liked what I had and the bevel cracked within 1 month and broke completely at the bottom within 4 months. It's still usable, but annoying as the bevel is not an easily replaceable piece. EDITED: I've now had this refurbished version of the phone for 6 months and now the screen is broken. I was at work, all of a sudden the phone started vibrating like crazy, I go to check to see what's going on and there's a white line along the side of the screen and none of the numbers on that side work so I can't even unlock it. It's very frustrating, as I loved this phone, but because of the problems I've had with the refurbished variety, I'm afraid to get another one and ordered a different brand. ... show more
