I was about to return the item because it asked for a update for the system I did that then another update appeared again and again I had update the system several times and finally it was done. (That was my major con for the device) The battery life it’s not draining drastically it just could be better. Next up the appearance gives me almost a nostalgia feeling like the flip phones back in days but it’s not that kind of flip phone. Overall the phone is very smooth and will slip so get protection case that covers the hinge as well unless you brought the asurion protection plan cause anyone who knows how to make glass can make basic glass but foldable glass is gonna be pricey like any other device. The phone is (Like New) that’s what carriers call them even though it means used, point is it didn’t have a scratch or anything on the one I got. It came with Sim ejector pin, charger cable and a random wall outlet plug. The price is pretty good I paid 495 for it which is not bad cause a new one at Best Buy is 700 and Carriers will charge more. Overall I’m happy with my device my case is on its way and I’m buying insurance for it tomorrow. ... show more

Purchased from MobileSupply. The phone was listed as 'excellent'. Not sure they understand the definition if excellent. The phone had a serious crease in the screen and would barely open and close. I have had 4 Samsung Flips now.. so I know this isn't a little depression in the center that can be expected from new.. this is the kind of crease you get after a year of wear and tear. Very disappointed with this purchase. Phone lasted only 14 months before it stopped functioning completely. First screen would go black, then it stopped charging all together. Huge waste of money!!

Bought this for my husband, he loves the phone! Works great too but breaks quickly because of the folding screen. And he is NOT hard on his phones either. A standard smart phone is too big for his pocket and would never survive being clipped on his belt. We keep buying this kind but they only last about 3 months, give or take. ... show more

Cancelled the Return, as my Carrier was finally able to get it on the Mobile Network!! It is a nice, well built phone, with all the extras I needed, thx!!! What I was not pleased with was the cheap little charger provided with the phone, it kept going off and on continuously! If I had not already had experienced charging issues with a previously bought phone of the same model, and had to return it. I would not understand the importance of having a solid charger and not used it till I could have a more stable Charging Unit from Amazon! You must supply a solid charger as this phone already has inherent charging issues. Thanx again, I love the phone....TFH ... show more
