  • A Great Refurbishing of an Impressive Watch
After many poor experiences with refurbishers on Amazon, I'm glad to say that this watch was the exception to the trend. This watch came to me in perfect condition. Not a scrape on it, packaged nicely. Were it in original packaging, you could've convinced me it was brand new. Power and batter have been great. I've had no issues with either the appearance or the functionality. I highly recommend this refurbisher! ... show more

  • Great deal, very comfortable
This is a very nice watch. So far after a day and a half it has functioned well. The first day the battery drained was a lot but that's because I had the screen on all the time. Wanted to see what battery life would be under those conditions. After a full day of screen on all the time I still had about 45% of battery life remaining. The condition of the watch when received was excellent, no scratches or marks anywhere on the watch. It looked like a new watch. This is a gray watch with the orange band. I planned on replacing the band with a gray stainless steel band. But honestly and to my amazement I really liked the feel and looks of the orange band. I did in fact replace the band but I'll probably swap out the bands from time to time. Overall I am not disappointed with this purchase and much cheaper than a new one even with Samsung's trade in option. ... show more

  • Great watch but I would not take it diving.
Love it but DO NOT take them diving, despite the claims about water depth they will break.

  • Stars are based on the product
I am starting this review and have not decided how many stars to give the WATCH. Reviews and star ratings are for the item only and do not reflect the seller at all. This is a tough one. Why? This was a returned watch, so someone purchased it, got it "part way" set up, then returned it without clearing everything. I am going to give details to help those who purchase returned watches to clear them so as to avoid returning them. The pervious person who set this watch up used only their Google account, they logged into their Samsung account through their Google account, that was a nice help, if they had logged into their Samsung account separate that would have been even more difficult. However, they logged into their Verizon account and registered it to their Verizon account. Now here it were it really helped. By the previous owner not logging into their Samsung account it did not register the watch to them through Samsung so the warranty did not apply to them. When I got the watch I could log into it with only my Google account, at the time I tried to set it up I was using my stand alone Samsung account log in, the watch would not accept it as seen in the photos. I started a return. I went about my day and several hours later I wondered what would happen if I logged in using my Samsung account through Google, it worked, kind of. I was able to set up the watch, but my Samsung features were disabled, as seen in the photos. I knew the Verizon login was what was messing me up. I spent about 4 hours trying other work arounds when I finally asked my Copilot+ on my Surface Pro 11 bought here on Amazon. I told it the LTE was still locked to Verizon. It walked me through delinking it. In the Wearable app on the phone, in settings, there is a spot for Wireless Carriers, and there buried under several layers was the registration of the previous owner to Verizon. I deleted it. Normally the watch would need to be reset as well, but in my case, it released the account and without me having to log back into Samsung the watch paired with my Samsung account. Yeah, it took me about 12 hours to figure all that out. people if you return smartwatches, tablets, phones or computers, please, please remove every account, and deregister the device. Had I gone through with the return the watch would have been useless to resell. I have 5 IT degrees and many years in the computer repair business and troubleshooting is what I do. I don't know many customers that would spend that much time doing what I did to get the watch working and save the seller from a bad return. The seller was also kind enough to help me as well. So the watch itself. I have a heart and vascular condition called MVD and vascular failure, a protein called PCSK9 is eating my vascular system from the inside, including inside my heart. The watch monitors vascular load, not a total reading, but may be enough to help tell me when I may have too much pressure on my system. It also monitors my BP and cardio systems as well...5 heart systems in all. I think that is a plus. It will send an emergency message to my wife and 2 sons if something serious happens as well as sound the most annoying alarm I have ever heard and call the paramedics. That is nice, but MVD kills instantly and no amount of CPR will save me. As far as connectivity, although it will connect to your home WiFi, if any of the 3 accounts, Google, Samsung, LTE carrier is still registered to someone else, it will not use WiFi, weird, but once that was cleared it has 3 means to stay connected. I had a Watch 6 and set the face of this one up exactly the same, autism does that. So far I am impressed with the features of the watch ultra, far more than the Watch 6. I think Samsung needs to make a way for a resold watch to be set up easier than what I had to go through. This is an ongoing problem with returned tech and there needs to be an easier way to clear old registrations so they can be resold. I am not impressed with the battery life, I had about 17 updates once I got it going and it used 5% of the battery for each update and restart which was crazy. I do like the size and look of the watch. I think I will give it 4 stars, because Samsung needs to figure out an easier way to deregister devices. If the watch was not still registered I would give it a 5 star, but the flaw is in the design of the product itself and this is a review of the product. ... show more

  • Impressed with the great condition!
Arrived quickly in original Galaxy watch ultra box and was in great condition would pass for new condition except for very faint scratch or 2 on the body of the watch. You wouldn't notice them unless your looking for imperfections. I wasn't expecting it to be in this good of condition since it was refurbished, I can definitely say I don't have any complaints with this purchase besides the battery being dead when it arrived. Does come with a off brand charger but that was expected. ... show more

  • Fast, reliable, and worth the investment
This watch is fantastic. The response time is incredibly fast, and it connected to my devices perfectly without any issues. The sound quality is great, and I have zero complaints about how it functions—it really feels like a worthwhile investment. The only thing I’m not a fan of is the orange band, but that’s an easy fix since it can be swapped out. ... show more

  • Multiple Failures, Warranty Roadblocks, and a Miserable Repair Process
I bought this expecting a reliable health and fitness tracker. Instead, over the last couple of months the watch has progressively fallen apart in multiple ways: - The vibration motor suddenly became extremely loud and harsh instead of being the gentle silent alarm I rely on to wake up after night shifts. It feels like something inside the watch literally came loose. - The heart-rate sensor constantly fails to read my pulse during workouts, even after adjusting the strap repeatedly. - Treadmill tracking no longer works correctly. A 32-minute treadmill session at ~1.5 miles was logged as 0.24 miles and ~155 calories, and the calibration option vanished from the watch. - Sleep tracking has become unreliable, randomly failing to record whole nights. - I depend on this watch every day for sleep tracking, workout data, and a silent alarm — and now those core features barely function at all. I’ve factory-reset the watch multiple times, kept all software updated, and re-paired it with my phone, but the problems only got worse. The issues began weeks before the 12-month mark, making it even more frustrating that Samsung refuses to treat this as a warranty defect. The support process has been just as bad: - There is no Samsung technician within 100 miles, so I'm forced to ship the watch to a repair center in another state. - Samsung requires a $107.17 payment hold just to have someone look at the device — even though earlier agents told me diagnostics and shipping would be free. - There is no guarantee that the repair will be free, and if the watch is “not repairable,” I may still have to pay out of pocket for a replacement. - I’ll be without my watch and all its daily functions for an unknown amount of time, which is extremely inconvenient. For a device that cost over $600 and is marketed as a premium product, this has been a stressful and disappointing experience. The hardware should not fail within a year, and the repair process should not feel this unclear or expensive. I absolutely cannot recommend buying this — and at this point, I’m not sure I can recommend it at all. ... show more
