I have been a fitbit user since they first hit the market. When my FBsense died unexpectedly in February, conveniently right after an update, it kinda confirmed some rumors I'd been hearing about Fitbit post buyout so I decided it might be time to switch to a smart watch. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT! I can't even say how much I use features I thought would be useless for me. I truly wish I'd gone over to a smart watch before now. I work in a school and its so much easier to leave my phone put away and still be able to get my work related texts on my watch. And thats just for starters. I can set alarms and timers easily throughout my day with the kids, get my work texts, still keep track of my steps and goals and do so much less obtrusively. I have a renewed purchase and I can't tell the difference from new. Its a solid watch and the only issue I have with it is battery life. I'm up and moving by 5:30 am. I take it off the charger and put it on when I get up. I USUALLY have about 15% battery left by 4:30 pm. I take it off for a bit while I watch the news then try and remember to put it back on. Then to bed around 11pm and it charges all night. I really wish it had a better battery. I know the reason why the battery doesn't last as long as my Fitbits is all those extra features I love but I sure do miss my fitbits couple of days worth of battery life per charge. Having a battery that lasts a full day though would be great. Thats my one and only complaint tho. ... show more

Very pleased with the watch. I didn't really want one but it was going to come in handy for work so I caved and started pricing them. I was okay with just Bluetooth to connect to my phone and I definitely wanted a smaller watch face. It's been a little over a week now and I can't believe I waited so long. Battery life is meh because I do have to charge it every night but that's fine. For being refurbished, I am beyond happy with the purchase and if it only makes it a year or 2 I will consider it money well spent. ... show more

    • Excellent refurbished watch, but came with off-brand accessories.
I love using my watch for keeping tabs on my step count as well as my sleep quality. I haven't explored the functionality too much yet, but I'm also enjoying having my alarms/reminders go through my watch, using it to skip songs on spotify, and quickly checking if any notifications are urgent while I'm at work. I always appreciate refurbished/renewed technology, both for price reasons (on a grad student budget!) and for environmental reasons (reduce, reuse, recycle and all that). The watch itself came in excellent condition as listed, and connected to my Galaxy S21 easily. So far, I can go about a day and a half before needing to charge the watch, with "adaptive brightness" turned on and "always on display" turned off. However, in the past, the Samsung refurbished products I have gotten off of Amazon still came with all the original packaging and included accessories. I was disappointed that the watch was sent in a generic box with what appeared to be a new off-brand charger and wristband. They were in cheap bags that said "for galaxy 4 watch" which made me initially concerned that I had been sent the wrong product entirely. The charger seems to work well so far, and I had already ordered a different wristband, so it isn't a huge deal. Just keep in mind that if you order a refurbished watch, you may receive cheaper off-brand accessories. One final note, is that I ordered and received the "gold" watch, but I think Samsung is a little silly for calling it gold. It is more of a slightly warm silver. I like my watch. It does what I need it to do. I love that I can take calls on it. Most people are blown away that I can take phone calls on my watch. Its awesome technology.

I personally wouldn't have ranked it in excellent condition. It has some scratches and needed gunk cleaned off the back. Battery life is basically non existent, having to charge it multiple times a day.

I was very hesitant to buy a Samsung Galaxy 6 watch for this price. I paid $90. STEAL...if it functions as expected. It was rated as excellent condition. I was confident something would be wrong with it, but I took a gamble based on the extended return policy given through Amazon. I got the watch and I've been wearing it for a week. Granted, it's only a week, but I've tested it through abnormal and what I consider normal activity and it seems to be operating as expected brand new. I was mainly concerned about the battery life as the Galaxy watches aren't known for being great at that. So far, for my use, I think it holds up to the Samsung battery claim. It came factory reset with a totally dead battery, which is preferred. It came in a USPS envelope with the watch and the charger and nothing more, but the manual is easily accessible online. I would've never known this wasn't a brand new watch if I didn't order it refurbished myself. I'll update here if I have to return in the return window due to a failure, but so far so good! Pics include the gold watch with the included off white band and pics of the watch with an off brand green women's band that I bought separately. ... show more
