As others have mentioned, this watch came in the original box but the box was beat up. The watch itself is like new and if not for 1 tiny nick on the underside of the case that you can't even see while wearing it, you'd never know this was "renewed". For the actual watch, I replaced my aging Fitbit versa 1 and won't go back. I like the look of this watch better and because of WearOS, it has much more options. Sleep tracking isn't always correct for my wake up time unless I actually go into the sleep menu when I wake up so it knows to stop tracking if I'm just laying in bed scrolling through my phone before I get up. It's annoying but I've basically come up with a routine now that I set it for bedtime mode at night and when I wake up, turn off bedtime mode (which is really just DND and disables the screen from waking up with movement) and then immediately swipe over to the sleep screen. It is what it is. For all the other features, it works great and has a lot of options. Battery life improved for me after using it for about a week or 2. I get about 2.5 days out of it but usually throw it on the charger when I wake up for about a half hour while I get ready for the day.

I was having heart issues and wanted a better watch to track my heart issues. Does the job though some parts are still locked out for those of us in the USA. I was pleasantly surprised to all the other functions. I can control my TV when I lose my remote. Talk through the watch on calls. If I feel like an emergency is happening I hit a button three times and my list of people that need to be contacted are sent a message of where I am and I need help. It also calls whomever I have set to call for an emergency. Tons more you can do with this watch. Too much for me to list. Of course the one con is the battery life, but that depends on how you use it. I have many things on and use it a lot through the day so I charge it when I am in the shower. That said it will last 2 days with my heavy usage.

First, looks. It's super sleek and modern unlike the toyish appearance of the apple watch or fit bit alternatives. It's super comfortable and I find it easy to wear all day (unlike other watches I've had). It's also really sturdy. I've smacked it on many things by accident, and not a scratch on it. The band is super comfortable and I like the material on that. Let's talk about functionality: The battery life is pretty good. Not the best but I'd say I charge it up around once every 2 days. You can also improve the battery life by disabling unnecessary features but that depends on your preferences. Pixel watch face is a great watch face that, in my opinion, looks better than any of the official faces and saves battery life by being black in color (plus it's super cheap, way worth it). The features are amazing. So much more than what you get from the competition, including the ability to install ANY apk (yes any, I put minecraft on this thing) with some technical knowhow. The fitness tracking is great, it even detect what type of exercise you're doing, and the fact that things like google maps are built in is fantastic. Taking/making calls and texts is easy and nice as well. TLDR: if you need a smart watch and you have a Samsung device, there is no better option, especially at this price point. Well worth the money!

First off, this watch came in the original packaging. The packaging was a little beat up, but not bad. After opening, the watch looked brand new. I've had it for a couple months now and after reading/ watching reviews on tips and tricks, I'm confident that the battery and functions of the watch are right on par with a new one. I usually use about 40% of my battery in a day with the always on display. I charge it when I sleep, so I cannot really rate the sleep tracking, but I'm confident it would work as it should. I've never had the watch crash or lag in any way, and all the apps I've used work perfectly. After being cheap and using numerous other smart watches, I'm glad to have found this relatively inexpensive way to get into a premium product. I have no idea why I didn't go this route sooner since I've been a dedicated Samsung guy with my phones for so long. I should have known to keep the trend with the watch. Great purchase! Thanks

I've had two smart watches before, a Garmin and a Fitbit. Each lasted for multiple years. I've worn this watch for just over a month and the screen already has two cracks. I haven't treated this watch any differently than the earlier watches. Additionally, I cannot sync to Samsung Health as Samsung Health won't work on my Pixel phone. The battery life is also disappointing: it's brand new and barely lasts a day.
