I am a Samsung galaxy person...I had the 8+ since it was released and loved it...I heard the 9+ was basically the same. I disagree...I is way better. The calls are so crisp and clear, the pictures are better, and I love that the sound for music games, and movies come from both speakers. I am glad I decided to upgrade to the 9+. ... show more

I bought this phone because of the great reviews, everything is ok on the phone I know I was getting a used phone but it came with just the charger and some minor scratches on the screen and the back of the phone as well, I'm kinda disappointed but other than that it works great. I gave 3 star because of the scratches and missing the key for the SIM card opener, oh well lesson learned. ... show more

I ordered a "used-very good" condition galaxy s9 plus. The one I got has less than 70% battery health, charging port is really beat up and doesn't hold the cord in, and there are chips and scratches on the body and screen. I'd describe it as "Used-rough" at best. If I could go a week with no phone (can't because of work) I'd exchange it. Edit: took from 2 stars to 1 star because it has parts of the Facebook menu burned into the screen. Terrible experience, I'd recommended a different seller. ... show more
