This phone has plenty of storage, the screen is a great size, it's much faster than my previous phone, it works with AT&T as advertised, and I'm in love with it, partly because it's purple! I definitely love my Samsungs! For a renewed product, this phone is in EXCELLENT shape. The camera is really good. The fingerprint scanner works great. The sound quality is great. There is only a slight smudge of the case on the back of the phone and no other marks. No scratches on the screen. Everything works perfectly! It arrived on time and very quickly despite the global pandemic, which I'm SUPER happy about since my previous phone wasn't wanting to hold the charger in the port anymore so I needed a new phone ASAP. While this one isn't a 5G model, which I might have chosen if they weren't so expensive renewed, I am beyond happy with my purchase. Plus it's purple! The media could not be loaded. After doing about a month of research for what I want a phone to do and how much battery life and other features inside a phone it beats all the other phones I've had out of the water. Granted I've only have phones 2013 or older this is like a night and day difference for my experience with phones. Pros - Sound quality out of the speakers is phenomal with highs not being too tiny and the bass not being too overbearing. - Picture quality set to the max QWHD+ is a glorious thing - Camera us stronger than a Canon G7X that i recently purchased only downside being the zoom function makes it rather quick to get blurry. - Beautiful slo-mo option for video capture - Selfie camera is amazing as well with the filter options to clear up a face and also has a wide selfie option for large groups of people - Video recording is phenomenal with tracking and motion capturing - Lightning fast loads on apps and web pages when my connection is strong. - Fingerprint open on the back of phone conveniently placed - Iris Scanning - Plenty of battery life for a full days use of gps tracking and music playing - Samsung Pay option for paying for items without needing to pull out a card Cons - Camera zoom function isn't doing much good for picture quality but I understand it is in a small handheld device - Price tag as always with flagship phones are rather high but paying it out right for me and flipping the phone for newer flag ships in the future doesn't make it all that expensive of a purchase when I go with a resale value in a couple years. All in all I do enjoy this phone and for me I found it this phone to be completely worth it as just through the experience I've had with the pictures and battery life alone. It has yet to have any hiccups while using the phone and always does what I need it to do. I did not like the curved screen at first. But I ended up really liking it. It really is a beautiful phone. I haven't really messed either the camera yet but the quality looks great. It's a super fast phone. Games run smooth. Call of duty mobile ran great. Pubg ran great. I have never had a phone this big. I even have a bulky case on it but I am used to it. The speakers are real good. Nice and loud. The wifi signal hasn't disconnected yet. The battery is okay. I don't use my brightness all the way. Seems like it drains a little fast. I think the problem here is that background apps are being run. There are a lot open tabs you can forget about too. They do not close automatically. Battery tip : Dont let your battery drop below 40% and dont charge it past 80%. This is called the 40/80 rule. You can look it up yourself to decide. That being all said if you want to make sure you are getting a brand new phone then buy from Amazon directly. "Ships from AND SOLD BY AMAZON." Lots of people on here are unhappy because they buy from 3rd party sellers. If you buy from Amazon directly (assuming you want a brand new phone) the phone is completely brand new and unopened with everything included that was originally suppose to be included. Ebay has this weird thing where vendors will list an item brand new but going into the product details they clearly state it has been opened. Already opened = not brand new. ... show more
