This is ridiculous. I was so excited to get my new phone, an upgrade from my iPhone. I read some great things in reviews but should’ve paid attention to the bad. Firstly, this is not the same phone!!! I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S8. This is a Samsung Galaxy S8 ACTIVE, a completely different phone. I grabbed it out of the box and it is so sticky!!! I had to wash my hands. Also, it has been a half hour and I just got to ten percent battery, and as soon as it’s unplugged, it drops charge FAST. Another thing, this is a T-Mobile phone; looks like one of those phones they use for display, except it’s disgusting. It has very obvious signs of wear and tear all over the sides. I had to press very hard to just open the phone. Now that I’m finally able to reset it again (since I entered my email and wanted it out of the phone), it is taking a long time to load back up. I’m not sure it will. Moral of the story: don’t buy phones from third parties you’ve never heard of. Look away! This is a scam!!!

I bought two of these phones, came in a card board box with the phone and charger. Minor scratches on the back of the phones. Unfortunately, one of the phones audio jack was completely unusable. When you plug the headphones in, the sound continues to come from the speakers through the phone. Had to pay for return shipping. Pretty disappointed.

Purchased a week ago and arrived early to my delight. The phone came in a generic box and it appeared to be unused. The phone I received did not have those preloaded carrier apps, which is great since I use a third party carrier (MetroPCS), and couldn't use carrier loaded apps from AT&T and the likes that would only take up room on the phone. This leads me to think that it was an unlocked phone right out of the factory. Activating with MetroPCS may require contacting customer support or visiting their store. I haven't had much luck activating through the MetroPCS website or over the automated phone (probably because its not a MetroPCS locked phone). Overall, very happy with the purchase and will recommend.

The phone itself is beautiful. Works great and no problems at all. The only thing is the charger that came with the phone is not charging well. In an hour it barely goes up 10%. I haven't been able to contact them as I can't seem to find that option or they don't have it.

The phone came in good conditions, no scratches, no cracks however the charger that came with the phone was an iPhone charger so this phone is useless to me until I get a charger for it

Note: Seller was BuySpry; no response via email after 2 days and can't get a live person when I call them and can't leave a voicemail because it says their VM box is full. My husband has been using one of the 2 phones I ordered for about 3 weeks and it has stopped working. Yesterday, he downloaded Samsung's music player and hours later, when he tried to use it, the screen went black and became unresponsive. We did a force restart (holding vol down and power button) which got the phone back on. A couple hours later, the phone went into an auto-restart loop. It did it a few times before coming on and staying on. We restarted the phone in safe mode and downloaded Norton's anti-virus app. Then we turned off safe mode, which appeared as though it were restarting, but the screen stayed black with the blue notification light staying on--it actually flashed slightly, but light never went out completely. After this, we tried doing a forced restart again and the screen would not come on, not did it feel like a restart was occurring. At some point while attempting the forced restart, the blue light did a quick, noticable flash (happens every 10 seconds), but that is it. We plugged the phone into the charger and left it alone all night. The next morning, phone is in the same state--black, unresponsive screen with constant blue notification light. Forced restart still would not work. Lastly, we tried starting the phone in recovery mode (vol up, bixby button, and power button) and that didn't work either. Emailed seller, yesterday, but they appear to be closed on weekends. This morning, the blue light was off and phone still unresponsive. Zero indication that it is charging or has any life. Phone was never dropped, never exposed to moisture, or anything else out if the norm. The only other thing worth noting is that the phone came with an after-market charger--not sure if that had anything to do with it. Husband without a phone for 2 days, now and have a feeling this will not be resolved quickly. Don't want to issue a return, yet, as the phone has our personal data on it and photos, etc. Not sure if they can be recovered. :( Hoping we aren't going to have this issue with the other phone, too.

The phone price was really good for being a smartphone. Love the picture quality. The phone is unlock from its original carrier, which permits any sim card . The battery life is bit short. If I use the phone, the battery last only a few hours.

The phone is very nice and looks brand new. It does have a T-Mobile load screen but luckily that is my carrier. I imagine it would be fine on other GSM carriers since it uses a sim card. Just a note that all you get is the phone with a generic charger and cable. Not included is the tool for opening the SIM/SD card slot but a needle or pin works fine. There is also no manual so you will have to get that online. If you don't have a Nano sim card you will need to get one or cut down your larger one. Templates are online. A new sim is only $10 if you order here instead of the $25 you will get charged at the store. You can change your sim card online for free. Overall I am very pleased with the phone for the much lower price than one direct from Samsung. It updated several times getting to the latest Android OS. Very very fast with lots of memory although I did add a 200GB micro SD card for extra storage over the internal 64GB.
