The cellphone is amazing, it was shipped and delivered quickly. Mine is the US version unlocked (SM-G935U) and it works excellent with Metro PCS. Mine has warranty until September next year. You can check that with your imei when you get the phone on info.imei But... The phone didn't come with the Sim extraction tool, and the packaging was very bad, just a big cardboard box with another cardboard box and the phone inside, the should of put some air bags or something for couchon. Anyway the phone is in great condition and it hasn't given me problems so far. My phone came with the Samsung earphones, quick charger and cable. I truly recommend to get the phone a case. I got one from spigen, you should check it out, they do very nice cases. ... show more

Love this phone. The seller had a great package of accessories with it and it worked great from the start. Since it's an older phone the battery is good but, probably not as good as new however that's too be expected. The screen and phone was like new, no scratches and no screen burn in. For the most part I think its a fantastic phone but especially with the curved screen, it is a bit slippery and hard to hold so a case is a must. Also, the battery life isn't quite as good as I was expecting but still decent. Otherwise, as far as performance and everything goes, I'm really happy with it, especially the beautiful camera! The only real complaint is the tiny amount of internal storage. There are some things like Google Play Music that store downloads on the internetal memory rather than an external card so it fills things up very fast and can cause issues. If they doubled the internal memory, that would be enough for me to bump it up to 5 stars. ... show more

    • No complaints - Sound quality is good, runs fast, lots of features. Used with Tracfone service.
My first smart phone and I think it's great. The Edge is a nice feature to quickly get to some of the built-in gadgets. The button arrangements allow you to pick up and hold the phone without accidentally doing something unwanted. Battery life is good but dependent of course on how many apps are running and your usage. I bought this model because I wanted GPS and that feature works really great with a built-in compass as a feature. I added the Waze app for traffic and it does great at following your location in the traffic. There's bunches of features that I still don't know how to work. I bought this unlocked phone so I could use it with my Tracfone service. Unfortunately, you don't have the full coverage that Tracfone offers because the SIM chip is tied to a particular service. There are two or three choices of 3G or 4G service. I have the 4G which uses the AT&T network. So far, I've had no problems with with connections but I have not been to remote locations to test the coverage. I've had the phone for about a year now and I'm very satisfied. The sound quality for phone is good, reception is good and the few apps I use run fast and reliably. ... show more

Beyond any doubt, this is the worst smart phone in the history of smart phones. Not only was it foolish of designers, testers and consumers alike to think an edge-to-edge display might even conceivably be any other than a horrible idea, the horror surprisingly doesn't stop there. To any individual with even a trace of intellect, an edge-to-edge display means a user is left no place to hold the phone. If you are ok using this phone exclusively resting against a desk and no other time, this might work for you. So what else makes this phone worthy of the worst review for any smart phone ever? Likely the second most absurd design aspect is the App Tray. THERE IS ZERO ORGANIZATION OF THE APP TRAY. If chaos is your thing, this may be the phone for you. If your time is of any value, then you will not wish to waste your precious time trying to find an app in the app tray. This phone is also among the most sleek and aero dynamic I have ever seen or felt. The glass coating is extremely slick and thin so it sails nicely across the air as you sling the thing in frustration. Its chances of survival are thankfully very low. Samsung should pull all edges and freely exchange all edges with the phone of the users choice together with compensation for pain and suffering from enduring even a day with this phone. To be completely fair, I did expect the edge-to-edge to be as bad of an idea as what it is. To, therefore, go against my own best advice, I accept some of the blame. The most confounding part of this as with the large success of many horrible products in modern times is the mass insanity required for such horrible ideas to make it to mainstream and have staying power and such high popularity and the whole negative experience barely registering with most of the consumers. This culture has gotten used to bad ideas. They are numb to the pain and blinded to the inefficiecny it introduces into their life. ... show more
