Looked brand new, even came with a charger and cable which don't with brand new devices. No scratches or blemishes. Well packaged, no damage in shipping.

claimed it was renewed - excellent which amazon says is no screen scratches at all . phone works well and was unloicked but for sure has 5 or 6 minor scratches on the screen so i took off one star as even at the renew discount i was going by amazon rules for a excellent renewed which is was not

    • Be aware of a major camera issue with some Samsung 25-S ultra phones
It was supposed have been 'refurbished" and maybe it was. It was in 'like new' condition, however, when trying to use the camera, it made a 'clicking sound' and started jumping in and out of focus. One of the reasons I purchased the S-25 Ultra phone was because of the very good camera. Doing some research, it appears the camera issue is a "known' problem with that model of phone and supposedly there is a software "fix". But I wasn't going to deal with it any further. I did send it back and was refunded my $$$. Will be looking around for another similar phone. I hope whatever phone I purchase next time, all of the updates will have been checked and adapted during the 'refurbish' process. ... show more
