You could never tell these phones are renewed at all!! People need to stop going into these big corporate cellphone companies and getting ripped off and paying $1,500 for a new phone, whether you are an IPhone user or Android user. The last 8 years I've been getting my cellphones through Amazon and just buying the model that is a year old and paying less than half the price of the brand new ones! Plus they will usually take your old phone, broken or not and give you money for it! So I ended up paying only 40% of what a new phone would have cost me at these big cellular corporations! They trick customers into thinking they're really getting a new cell phone for $200 and they don't tell people that the remaining $1,300 dollars is just getting put on your monthly bill and having the customers pay $20 a month towards the phone, which never ends up getting paid off because you end up needing a new phone before it's paid off and they just do the same scam over and over and then if you go in the store and ask them why your bill keeps getting more expensive, you find out you've got 7 phones that you never ended up paying off and your still paying for them all. That exact scenario happened to me and found out I had over $3,000 dollars still owed worth of cell phones I purchased for the "special offer" even though they broke in a couple years and took it back to them to get another "special offer" Quit buying these highly over priced cell phones right when the new model comes out! It only cost Apple $400 to make the new Iphones, that's a 300% mark up! That's why I always buy my phones from these Amazon companies and make sure they are unlocked, yeah they say refurbished which means more then likely it had a cracked screen. This Galaxy S25 looked like it just came straight from the factory. Works perfectly and is a way better price with the trade in and just get the model that is from the year prior. They shipped it overnight to me and it's simple to transfer your data and your number to the new phone. I'll never walk into a cell phone store again. All those cell companies are a bunch of greedy crooks. You ever notice when you walk in there, it's like walking into a car dealership?! They can't wait to trick you into a "special offer" cause you're such a wonderful customer!! πŸ˜† 🀣 πŸ˜‚ ... show more

Im so happy with this purchase, even thought FedEx took the delivery to a different location and it was a nightmare. But at the end of the day I was able to pick it up at FedEx. This phone arrived overnite. I can't find a blemish on it. I was able to get it set up with my carrier easily without any issues. Hopefully, it stands the test of time. Some reviews said it wasn't unlocked, but it definitely was. I went from a Note 20 Ultra and it feels and looks almost identical even has the pen. Excited about the 1 TB. I always have had a Note till now. Love their size. I think it's a little heavier but seems very sturdy. Think I'm gonna love it!! ... show more

When you buy a phone from "Amazon Renewed", you're not buying from a single source. The particular phone you place in your cart is going to be the cheapest version with the specs/quality you choose, which could be from any number of resellers. The 1-star reviews complaining about "locked" or "damaged" phones are all coming from different sources, so it's difficult to trust anything you see on the product page. My personal experience is not indicative of what your experience might be, because we're probably getting our phones from different sellers. So that being said, this isn't going to be a review of the phone, because that's not why you're here. You want to know if this listing is legit. I ordered the unlocked version of the S25 Ultra about 3 weeks ago, and as of today, it's working just fine. It's actually unlocked and working great with US Mobile. The phone's condition was also as described, with no scratches, scuffs, or marks of any kind. If any of that changes, I will be back here to amend my review. I was a bit worried based on a lot of the reviews that I'd get an locked dud. I was particularly worried because I was about to leave on a trip in a week and my last phone just broke. I ordered this from the DNCL-TECHZONE seller. Came in looking near-mint condition. All I saw was that there was a fingerprint on the back and I can't complain. Got this set up with an eSIM on Mint Mobile and it's working great. Model number ends in U1, meaning it's universally unlocked from the factory (this wasn't a locked model that was later unlocked). Haven't used it a ton yet. Setup was super easy. Screen looks fantastic, and after setting everything up over the course of a few hours, the battery life only dropped around 15%. ... show more

Description said it was locked to Cricket, which is my current carrier, but upon powering on the phone I was met with AT&T screens.....nervous swearing began..... I run the IMEI on Cricket's website to check compatibility and also to see if the phone was clear for use on their network, it checked out. WIN! Got the ESim transferred from old phone to this one and it works perfectly. Now, this is listed as refurbished, so I was expecting some signs of wear on the device, there was nothing. No scuffs, scratches, discoloration, signs of water contact, NOTHING. Phone could pass as brand new/open box. For just over $600 for a $1300 phone, this was an absolute bargain. Received the phone earlier than expected. Phone is external quality is great. A tiny bit of wear from previous phone case but nothing bad. Screen is clean. Sound and power buttons work great. Only issue is the speaker crackles at 85% volume. Or when a notification comes in. Other than that it was a truly unlocked phone and I was able to put it with my phone providers network.
