I needed a new cellphone for a long time now. The last time I bought one, I got a Samsung Galaxy S20fe - from here - (on Amazon) that was in the same "refurbished excellent condition" category, and this was all the way back in early 2021. So, I had a good experience with that phone it came in solid, looked brand new and you'd never even consider it wasn't. Its worked for me for 5 years now, which I can say clearly worth every penny for that. So, of course as now it's time for an upgrade and to step up in the phone game (very obviously! Lol) I was on the fence about which phone I'd choose, but decided that I have enjoyed my FE version for years so this one should be really perfect for me, too. I received my order timely and as expected, packaged very well and my new phone came in a neatly packaged bubble mailer from FedEx, inside it contained a box (that I expect is very well an aftermarket made box, though designed perfectly to fit the phone) and it came with the USB-C cable cord included as well. I opened up like a kid on Christmas, and let me just say.... This phone is BEAUTIFUL! It's immaculate, there are zero flaws, no sign of any use whatsoever, the battery is capable of 100% charge, I would actually win a bet with someone if they wanted to argue this device wasn't actually just brand new vs "refurbished in excellent condition". Its a great size, a tad larger than my previous phone, but just close enough that ot feels familiar and easy to be used to immediately. It fits in my 'normal lady size hands' that I have just fine without being bulky or uncomfortable, and I used the smart switch app, which did not take very long to fully complete the transfer from my old phone - I'd say 30 minutes at most? (And thats FAST considering the amount of stuff that I have on my phone, lol). I popped my SIM card from my old phone into this new one (they included the small tool to do so as well in the box) but it's also capable of having the e-SIM card if you need or want to do that. I'm really thankful for smart switch because its made this transfer over extremely easy!! I have all of my texts and conversations previously moved on to this new device, so I don't even have to restart new text convos or worry about missing important things that I keep/save conversation texts around for. They allowed me to keep my log in passwords and whatever was saved from my old phone and that even includes my preffered background Pic and settings like that. This camera is unreal!! I'll post a picture of my flowers that I took yesterday to try out the camera as an example (which will be showing non edited photos only) So, all in all - if you're in the fence about getting a not exactly brand new phone, this would be the best option to at least give a shot as Amazon allows you to make returns in their 30 day window, so you aren't going to have to be stuck with a dud. However, literally that won't even be an option of consideration because this phone will come to you literally as if it's just brand spanking new. I've seen other reviews state this exact same information and I am sure that they want to remain high quality standards as sellers and they aren't going to sell anyone junk, so people will want to choose them at the end of the search for a new phone. I'd 100% recommend, as well as would purchase another item from this seller any day, hands down. You will LOVE your new phone ! Its so nice! Thank you so much!!! I am so thankful for such a nice device and that I don't have to be locked to any company and pay their more expenses plan rates just to get a "free phone" that won't allow any unlock for a whole year of their $60 + dollar service each month... Not tied to any company for a phone - just get what you want and pay for it outright, and it's yours - you can do what ever you want to do with this unlocked device and choose any company you prefer. The phone itself is good but not unlocked. My Daughter ordered this phone and tried several times to set it up with my Verizon account, to no avail. She has alot of medical issues and time has lapsed. She can't use the phone!

I got this phone coming from the s21 ultra and it's been the best purchase so far. Performance is better, Doze not get hot like the s21 ultra. I do miss the 100x zoom but found myself getting use to the 10x on the s25fe. Screen resolution is not to much of difference or noticeably less sharp. Still look pretty good. Build Quality is amazing. Software and Security is well into the future for this one. Overall I consider it a flagship without the flagship Price tag. Pretty happy with this purchase and happy with my new s25fe. ... show more

Compré un Samsung S25 FE «renovado» de GM Deals y resultó ser un limón completo. Es evidente que el dispositivo que recibí tenía un hardware y un firmware que no coincidían: originalmente estaba vinculado a Verizon, pero tenía lo que parecía ser un firmware desbloqueado. Por este motivo, el teléfono no recibía actualizaciones importantes del software OTA, lo que supone un problema importante para la seguridad, el rendimiento y la facilidad de uso a largo plazo. Todos los intentos de actualizar el dispositivo fallaron y hubo errores que me decían que «acudiera a un centro de servicio», lo cual es inaceptable si se trata de un teléfono que se supone que está listo para usarse sin usar. Este tipo de problema suele estar asociado con el flasheo incorrecto del firmware o con dispositivos que se han modificado fuera de los canales oficiales del fabricante o del operador. Cuando las configuraciones del firmware y el hardware no se alinean correctamente (por ejemplo, los cargadores de arranque específicos de un operador frente al firmware desbloqueado genérico), pueden interrumpirse las rutas de actualización, inhabilitar funciones e incluso crear riesgos de estabilidad a largo plazo. Pasé dos días enteros solucionando problemas (probando diferentes métodos de actualización, restablecimientos y opciones de recuperación), básicamente haciendo el tipo de trabajo que cabría esperar de un técnico, no de un cliente. Ni siquiera las opciones de asistencia profesional, como Geek Squad, estarían a la altura, lo que demuestra lo problemáticos que pueden ser estos dispositivos una vez que se modifican de esta manera. Después de investigar más a fondo, encontré muchas otras reseñas que describían exactamente el mismo problema, lo que sugiere claramente que no se trata de un error puntual, sino que forma parte de un patrón. product worked great. i did need to take it to a samsung authorized repair center to get it flashed, it had an issue where it would not update firmware. once done there they gave me their report on everything and it is in great condition. very happy with my purchase.
