  • Perfect as advertized
Color: Navy
Phone arrived a day early, awesome. Amazing condition, looks new. Works perfectly. Still playing with it. No problems setting it up, transferring my data or connecting to my network. Initial impressions are, it's worth the money vs new. If that changes over time, I will update my review.

  • Fully unlocked and in perfect condition.
Color: Navy
I bought an excellent condition one and this phone is pristine. It booted up with samsung software only no network logos and fully unlock. I put my SIM card in it and it worked instantly. Has been a great experience so far, glad I saved money buying used. I was weary with all the scratched and locked posts but I just winged it and I have no regrets. ... show more

  • Unlocked apparently doesn't mean "Unlocked"!
Color: Silver Shadow
The item arrived today. I worked to update it from my old phone (Samsung S9+) using the "Smart Switch" Then I switched my SIM card over to my provider. Here is when the problem began. Long story short, the phone was NOT unlocked. I have T-Mobile, so I contacted them. They tried to help. Apparently this is a common enough problem that they have resources to reach out to Amazon to work to resolve it. As it turns out, however, the resource I got was nothing more than a sales customer representative. The only option they could offer was a prepaid return label. Not even a replacement. So in that obnoxious CSR way, he said, "What I can do is send you a label. You can then drop it off at a UPS Location. Once it's returned we can provide you with a full refund. Would that be okay?" Annoyingly asking if it is okay because the only other option is to keep the phone which I cannot otherwise use. That just seemed like adding salt on top. Anyway, the phone may be great quality. It might have been a good value (if it worked). It may have been fast and scratch resistant. It may have a lot of functionality that I wanted, but I will never know because it was worthless for me since I could not unlock the network provider on a phone that is advertised as "Unlocked" ... show more

  • We buy budget phones, but
Color: Mint
My wife and I have bought budget phones, then discarded them after 3 to 4 years, because neither manufacturers or carriers supported their phones beyond two OS upgrades, and another year of security updates. Now that Samsung is going to support their phones for at least five years, I decided to gift her a somewhat more expensive phone. First thing - my unlocked phone came to life with the AT&T boot up screen. That scared me, and I came back to the listing to read again to be sure it was supposed to be unlocked. I proceeded to set up the phone for use, in my own way. I won't go into details, but setup wasn't exactly standard. The phone upgraded from Android 14 to Android 16, then downloaded several security updates. I logged into her Google account, and added the phone, then used Samsung's utility to transfer all files and data via USB cable. Losing the grandchildren's photos would be worth more than my life, but that worked quite well. With the phone almost ready for use, I went to her former carrier, and requested that the phone number be released for transfer to my own carrier. Wait, and wait, and wait and finally they came through. The moment of truth was upon me. I went to my carrier's site, and started activation of the unlocked AT&T phone. That went smoothly. I guess the phone really is unlocked. This IS a refurbished phone, I must assume that someone installed the AT&T app and other software before returning the phone for some reason. Factory reset didn't rid the phone of AT&T branding for some reason. I am pretty impressed with this device, so far. I love the 12 gig of RAM - quickly disabled the RAM boost because virtual memory can and will wear out your - cough - "disk drive". I refuse to call the storage "memory", even when being misused for virtual memory. I fully expect this phone to last to 2030, and beyond. (Our budget phones have always been pushed a year past end of support, without scratches and other damage.) Overall, it took me about six hours to get this device ready for my wife to continue setting it up. I did some minimal debloating. Why do phones come with so much pre-installed crap? I still have some stuff to remove, but that will require installing ADB, and digging deeper into the OS. I will return at some point to update this review. She will find any and all problems with this phone in short order! I will most likely return in a few months to get another one for myself. (I'm always 8 to 10 months behind her on upgrading to a newer phone!) For the price, this refurbished or renewed phone seems a great bargain! Merry Christmas everyone! ... show more

  • AT&T - unlocked? Warped screen?
Color: Silver Shadow
1st: When turning this on, it only had 10% battery life. You'd think they've completly charge it up. 2nd: It came up with the AT&T logo, even though it said it's unlocked. Unlocked to me says there is no logo. 3rd: I tried to put on a screen protector, and noticed the screen is NOT completely flat. Has humps on the display screen. Kind of, warped. Since I'm using Cricket Wireless (an offset of AT&T), after tranfering the SIM card from my old Samsung Galaxy A52 to the S25+, the phone network worked within 2 minutes. Using the Samsung Smart Things app, I was able to transfer all apps, contact, and settings to the new phone. Someone said it looks like the screen is a liquid screen, that's why it's worped, and not flat? But, everything on it seems to work. It's a LOT faster than my A52. 4 stars for warped screen and AT&T logo. ... show more

  • The perfect phone
Color: Navy
I love the fact that my phone got here 2 days before it was supposed to. I was able to call my carrier and hook it up with no issues. It has a loud speaker and is very fast

  • 1 Month Later
Color: Navy
When I first got the phone it was completely dead, which is fine because that means it wasn't sitting on a battery somewhere 24/7. I was concerned when I first turned it on because it said AT&T, but switching the phone to my eSIM was no problem. It no longer boots up as an AT&T phone. Because it's still a fairly new phone, I thought the "good condition" would be closer to excellent, and I was correct. I ran the diagnostic tests through Samsung Members, and everything works perfectly including sound, connectivity charging, and the screen. It was clean and had very minor scratches on the screen. They were barely noticeable unless you look for them, but I have a screen protector on so now I don't see them at all. I've had the phone for about a month now and I've had zero problems. I'm very happy with my purchase. ... show more
