I didn't buy this for myself. My Hubby wanted this particular phone when we switched from one of the "Big Three" phone companies to a smaller, cheaper service. We bought it unlocked for a GSM service, usable and compatible with our new phone plan. I've only gotten to hold this thing a couple of times, but I have a lot to say about it! First, this phone is enormous! He upgraded from a Galaxy S21 FE 5G, which I thought was close in size, but somehow, the S25 feels much bigger. It's quite hefty in weight, too, which is perfect for the tremor he has in his left hand. Having a heavier object tends to squelch the shaking a bit. The display is crystal clear and brilliant. Movies and TV shows never looked so good on a handheld device as they do with this one. Games run super fast with no lag, and charging takes no time at all with a proper fast charging system. And now, the feature I've wanted in a phone for a long time...? The smart pen/stylus. Man, this thing is slick. I had to use it to capture my signature for an e-sign document. For once, my signature actually looked like I had signed it. Getting the file from his phone to my PC was pretty simple to do, as they connected via Bluetooth to do so. The stylus has a cozy little home tucked into its own space and won't come out (or it hasn't yet) by just dropping or knocking the phone against something. That thing is in there for the long haul until you want it out. This phone is everything I've come to expect from Samsung's Galaxy S series. A bit on the pricey side, but to him, it's worth every penny. He loves the Titanium Black color he purchased, as he fancies the darker colors with phones and just about everything else. At least he coordinates! The bright, AMOLED display is crystal clear with brilliant, vivid colors. It's such a neat phone, one like I've always wanted for myself, but could never quite afford. Spring for a new phone and get this beauty. You really won't be sorry.

The ultra-thin design is stunning—lightweight yet premium, with a titanium frame that feels durable and elegant. The 6.7" AMOLED display is vibrant and smooth, perfect for streaming and gaming. Performance is top-notch thanks to the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip. Everything runs fast and fluid, and the new Galaxy AI features are surprisingly useful for productivity and photo editing. The camera setup is solid, especially the 200MP main sensor, though I do miss having a telephoto lens. Battery life has been better than expected for such a slim phone, easily lasting a full day with moderate use. Charging is a bit slower than I’d like, but not a dealbreaker. Thanks Amazon for the good price on this s25 ultra phone! It was better than my phone carrier's price. It is a great phone to use. I like the camera upgrade from my last phone! It takes such clear photos and from far away. It has many useful features like the pencil and ai capabilities. Good for creativity. The phone sound is good and the speakers are fine for playing music and meetings. I like the larger screen size, too. It is clear and easy to see. The battery last over a day with moderate use.

I had a very old Galaxy Note 10+ from years ago and upgraded to this phone after lots of internal debate and reading about the battery life. Using it for about a week or so now and everything has been great. Battery life has been good, not sure what people were complaining about, I suspect most haven't used the phone. Apps and everything is lightning quick and the phone charges great with a Magsafe case. Sounds good, screen is bright and very clear, quality is top notch and feel solid without being heavy. Generally an awesome phone, very happy with my purchase.

After two days of heavy use, the Samsung S25 Edge performs adequately. The $700 price point feels appropriate, as it reflects the compromises made, such as a smaller battery and a camera system that relies on a single primary lens. The initial software build is Android 15, which felt dated. However, with Samsung pushing the stable Android 16 update to the S25 series by the end of this month, the device's long-term value looks much more promising. I encountered my first significant issue today: a problem with network reconnection. After driving through a mountainous area and losing service for about 20 minutes, the S25 Edge failed to restore its cellular connection automatically. My Pixel phones have always reacquired the signal without issue in the same scenario. I had to manually toggle Airplane Mode on and off to force the phone back online.

I LOVE this phone. I tried a Pixel 7 prior, but the Galaxy blows Pixel out of the water. This phone is easy to use, AI will help you figure out how to do stuff if you don't know at first, the finger print reader is excellent, great responsiveness from the touch screen, clear images, good sound quality, and great battery life. I have a standard case on it that lips over the screen for extra protection as I'm paranoid, so I can't speak much to the durability, but its got a metal backing and gorilla glass so I imagine it to be pretty solid. The blue color is gorgeous too.
