I just received this last night and I'm pretty happy with it so far. This is the first time buying a refurbished phone or any unlocked phone, so was slightly concerned but it looks good and is working great. The bad, if I want to nitpick: There is one little, maybe 1/8", scratch on the screen that I noted in the picture. It is not at all noticeable when the phone is on and I had to try to even capture it in a photo with the phone off. It sits so low on the screen that I will probably never even feel it during normal operation. The good, everything works and is in great shape other than the tiny scratch. Every function test through the Samsung Members app checks out. The Battery test shows it as "Good" and is down to only 82% today after running it all day with the screen appearance cranked to max so pretty sure that isn't going to be a problem. All buttons feel good with solid response and no visible signs that the screen was removed or replaced. It appears to be a carrier unlocked phone originally with AT&T, gauging from the splash screen. I was able to just put my old Verizon SIM card in and that prompted to switch the carrier software over so now it appears like any other verizon phone on startup. I didn't have any problem with it still being a locked phone and didn't need to contact any carrier to perform the switch over. Data transfer was also easy using Samsung Smart Switch, aside from a lot of photos and music I decided to transfer manually off the old sdcard from the old Note9 because hundreds of gigs is going to take a while. But all apps and data so far appear to have come over seamlessly. I had been looking at the S26 Ultra as well as an upgrade but decided I wasn't ready to give up on a bluetooth S-pen yet. Under $700 taxed and shipped was a pretty good deal for this phone and it is still a very large upgrade from my old phone. This is my 4th Samsung flagship phone I've had the Note 4, Note 8, Note 20 Ultra, and now this S24 Ultra. I like the secure folder options Samsung has and need a stylus now and then. I got the 512 version because they stopped adding card storage after my Note 20, a feature that they need to bring back instead of jacking up prices, just because they can. I also like having a dedicated back button and app toggle button. This phone shipped with an A1 grade and it looks completely perfect and untouched. The box includes the wimpiest power supply I've ever seen at 2000 milliamps. It's comical when you pair it with a phone that can charge at 45 watts. Just remember the listing doesn't say it includes a power adapter at all. So go buy an Amazon Basic 60-watt power adapter on sale for 10.00 and make sure you get a USB cable capable of more wattage transfer than the charger. After you get the charging adapter and cable you are ready to go. I set the battery to stop charging at 85% to keep battery lasting longer. As usual, I've chosen a Spigen Tough Armor case with kickstand. These are excellent quality cases at great prices. I'm rocking the Whitestone Dome screen protector 2 pack. They may break easier than the factory glass but so far they've protected every screen successfully even when they fail. A necessary evil and these feel like premium glass. I'm so over Zagg protectors that don't age well or look horrible after light use. As far as the UI on the phone goes I really tried to use it for several days but I'm running straight back to Nova Launcher as my launcher of choice. I love the flexibility it offers above and beyond Samsung like putting more than 5 icons at the bottom of every screen, and the ability to make widgets go to the edge of the screen by removing padding. I can completely customize the screen space and icon size. I don't understand how Samsung can afford to continue to put out these inferior user interfaces and ignore giving users what they want. Bought in "excellent" condition but has some scratches on the screen in the top left corner and going down the left side. Other than that wonderful phone!

    • They stole my money and never received the cellphone I originally ordered!
If I could leave zero Stars I would! Do not order from this company. They will ship it to a different address and even with the FedEx delivery Picture as proof that the cellphone was delivered to the wrong address. Chubbiestech will call me a liar and offer zero help to relocate the cellphone. They will refuse to refund me my money. I had to file a police report with Rochester Police department and FedEx claim. It's now going on 4 weeks of Amazon, FedEx and Chubbiestech causing me chest pain, sleepless night and extreme anxiety over the cell phone. They keep telling me as the customer it my responsibility to make sure the package is delivered to the correct address. Meanwhile my correct address is on the original shipping order! I have a email confirmation from Amazon that my address is the correct shipping address. Amazon has repeatedly lied to me regarding this cellphone matter. I have several printers conversation with different Amazon customers services supervisor who promised me a full refund and I never received the refund. Amazon investigation department's said that my a to z claim was denied twice due to the fact that Amazon said that the cellphone was delivered to the correct address! Meanwhile the cellphone was only retrieved by the Rochester Police department from the wrong address that FedEx delivery it to!⁰Someone else had the cellphone for 3 weeks! I have no idea what the individual who had the cellphone did to the cellphone. Amazon blames FedEx, FedEx blames Chubbiestech and Amazon. For some reason they all think that it's the customer responsible to fixed the mess they never created. Why should a customer have to go through this? I only wanted to order a cellphone and have it delivery to my correct address. It's 4 weeks now I have to file a claim with my bank, attorney general office and the better business bureau. If I didn't experience this I would never believe that Amazon, FedEx and Chubbiestech would treat a customer so horribly. I am probably have to fill a small claim the court house to get my refund. That my next steps. I have solid proof that Amazon denied my A to z claim because they claim that the cell phone was delivered to the correct address. I cleared prove that was not true. I printed every conversation with Amazon and Chubbiestech out. Hopefully a judge can help me resolve this situation. They fused to help me resolve this problem. The seller only said that FedEx said it was delivered to the correct address. Amazon refused to help me resolve this on going issue. So unless you want to be called a liar. Unless you have plenty of time to chase down a missing packages and time to call Amazon, FedEx and Chubbiestech a million times. Unless you have plenty of time to file FedEx delivery claim,police reports, bank claim , attorney general office claim, Better business bureau claims and a small claim to court file. It is always a gamble to buy phones online. Got it on-time but it has some visible scratches on the sides and screen that I did not like and a deep scratch on the screen as well. The screen looks old due to the scratches even after I clean it. I am a bit disappointed. But once you put a screen protector on, it hides it. I didn't get what I paid for. Otherwise from that it is 100% unlocked and works well. I am more inlove with the features ... show more

Got it quick and product was just as described. The phone was in excellent condition and I was able to switch from my iPhone to this phone with no problem. I will say for whatever reason it was giving me an issue with the update where it kept saying there was an update available even after I had performed the update but this appears to be a common Android issue and nothing to do with the phone itself. Was able to fix this by installing the Smart Switch app on my computer and installing the update from my computer to my phone. Would purchase from the seller again. ... show more

Item came as described. Had some kind of deep print on the bottom part of the screen, but it's gotten less noticeable now since I was able to clean the area as much as possible. This device operates as intended & definitely fits between like new-great condition as specified. Quick set up. Camera quality is good. Durability is good. The device came with charge adapter & a pin tool to help with retrieving your sim card from either phones. Was able to get my sim card working with this phone without really any problems. Good to check what you can to make sure its compatible (Ex. this is compatible with visible). The cost is also worth it. ♡ Very well packaged.
