After a year of owning this S24 Ultra, it's been very reliable. However, I have it cased in an Otterbox protection case and attribute that for it's continuous superb working condition.

    • In general, it was a complete waste of time and money.
Dear sweet baboo this was one of the worst purchases I have ever made. I know to be careful with refurbished electronics, and comb through all of the reviews for the product, and the seller. But it was not something major to me. ... show more

The phone’s original region is Mexico (MXO), but the current CSC is EUX (Europe). It appears the phone’s region or firmware was changed, and because of this, it is not receiving software updates through either OTA or Samsung Smart Switch. overall the phone is good but in a year or two it will be a piece of metal because there are no updates ... show more
