We bought refurbished Samsung S9's one year after that model was released for half of the new price. The phones still work great today (June 2025). We bought two refurbished Samsung S24's a year after their release for half price simply to have new features. We chose the Ultra model so we could have the advanced camera features and to have the larger, brighter screen. The phones are larger (our S9's look so small now), the screen is brilliant and clear. Powering on and logging in is fast! The new phones have two different kinds of texting within the same app. With some people, I have to turn on data to send/receive text. With others, I can receive texts with photos with my data turned off. Our S9's accepted SD cards. We had our photos, videos, and some apps stored there. Plenty of room to download movies to watch while traveling. We were disappointed to learn the S24 does not accept a SD card. However, I'm not having any trouble with storage limitations yet. Also, I still use my S9 to download files to play on trips. The battery life is great. Our S9's went on the charger every night. The S24's about every two or three days. When you open the box, READ THE INSTRUCTIONS carefully from the vendor. You will think your phone is not unlocked, but Samsung has changed how the phones work now so that you can have, I think, three different SIMs. Follow the instructions and you'll be fine. When I start my phone, it says Verizon, but my TracFone SIM is engaged. Minor annoyances: Every day, there's an alert: "SIM is not Verizon". Hit CLEAR to get rid of that. Once a week, I get an alert to "Review your activity". I'm trying to find how to stop that from popping up. It's good to watch YouTube videos about the phone to learn how to do stuff, take advantage of special features, settings to turn off, etc. We love our phones and recommend them.

Moved to the SM-928U1 factory unlocked S24 Ultra from a factory unlocked Galaxy Note 10+ to get the latest operating system features with 7 years of Androld and security upgrades while still retaining the S-pen with bluetooth functionality. Used my sim card from the Note 10+ in the S24 Ultra and able to access 5G features without any issues.

Phone unlockability: The phone was unlocked and easy to transfer data without problems Phone quality: Very good quality Sound quality: Sound is very good when listening to music or during a conversation. I am not going to review the phone because it is a flagship from a year ago but I will review the quality of the refurbished unit. It's surprisingly nice but I had to know down a point because the camera ring has a pretty big nick on it. Cosmetic so not a big deal but just something to consider if you care about that sort of thing. Cameras worked fine. battery life I am still getting a feel for but I was able to get about 5 hours more or less (with screen settings maxed out). I recommend getting this device refurbished instead of off a site like Swappa. It is definitely more professional and in a shape I would consider passable even as a gift

Bought, with some reluctance, a Samsung S24 Ultra refurb that was stated to be excellent condition. Was leary but did it anyway as it was almost half as much as a new one with the same features. It arrived by Fedex in 2 days with the phone, charger/cord and SIM removal pin. No instructions but that was okay...I was worried when I tried to fire it up and it did not come on but, it turns out it was fully discharged. Upon charging, I was able to power it up, load the physical SIM and transfer all my apps and data over. The only bit of worry there was when I installed the SIM over from my old phone, it seemed to suggest that it was looking for a T-Mobile network...BUT, when I rebooted the phone, it quickly found my carrier (Visible) and began working immediately. So, indeed, it was fully unlocked. The best thing is, the phone, physically, is immaculate. There are no noticeable dings, scratches, cracks or other blemishes I can find! Absolutely superb condition (and I am a perfectionist so I would know if there were any issues). Anyway, this was fulfilled by ChubbiesTech and they did wonderfully - HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I actually just got this phone in today. Someone stole my car as well as my phone and then through the phone at the window because they were afraid to be tracked and it was destroyed. So I ordered this one as a replacement. It was a couple $100 less then some of the others and I was worried about buying something that's been refurbished. But it looks brand new and operates brand new. I'm extremely impressed!

Product cane in as described and in good working condition. A screen saver was already installed which is a nice touch. I upgraded from a note 20 ultra that started to suffer from the green vertical lines, I had it for 4 years and hopefully this S24 ultra will last just as long or better. I love Samsung devices. The S24 has it all and does it all. That being said, it does come at cost. It's not just the money, it's size and weight. This phone is really big and heavy but considerng all that it does, it's more than worth it. It makes calls, doubles as a laptop, is a DSLR and video recorder of the highest caliber, a television, movie player, streaming device, a GPS receiver, a floorwax and a desert topping! You get my point. This seller sent exactly what they described and did it is reasoably quick fashion. My last Galaxy was 6 years old and this Galaxy will go for 7 years! Oh, and it has a pen!
