amazing... i was worried it would be an older model or some scammy thing i saw alot of people say their pens dont work or their phone is locked. there was 0 scratches 0 damage to the phone at all. it lasts me all day on one charge and for the price its amazing. the snap dragon 8 gen 3 is fast and snappy with the 2k resolution is looks crisp. some people said it only comes with 8gb but their wrong and clearly dont know the difference between phone ram and virtual ram that you can add from the storage. i got the excellent condition and it didnt dissapoint. camera is beautiful but if i put pics here it will just compress them and make it look bad. anyways phone came in an unmarked box with a slow charger sadly. but other than that everything else is perfect and been amazing. ... show more

I am not going to review the phone because it is a flagship from a year ago but I will review the quality of the refurbished unit. It's surprisingly nice but I had to know down a point because the camera ring has a pretty big nick on it. Cosmetic so not a big deal but just something to consider if you care about that sort of thing. Cameras worked fine. battery life I am still getting a feel for but I was able to get about 5 hours more or less (with screen settings maxed out). I recommend getting this device refurbished instead of off a site like Swappa. It is definitely more professional and in a shape I would consider passable even as a gift ... show more

Great phone for a great price. Its light weight and durable. I dropped it without any cracks or scratches. It has a longer battery life than my note 20. It feels good in my hand. It is a little heavier than my note 20 but not really too noticeable.

I was skeptical and debating if i should take a risk and purchase this phone being it was refurbished and how much less the price was if i was to buy it new. Im so glad i did cause this phone is incredible. Came to me in perfect condition. No scratches or any markings. You cant even tell that this was a refurbished phone. The pictures the camera takes is amazing and it runs so smooth. This is by far the best phone I had ever purchased. I wont need an upgrade for a couple of yrs.     • T-Mobile phone and pen is not perfect

The Good: The screen is perfect and there's no scratches anywhere. It comes with a screen protector already installed on it. Aftermarket USBC cable for transferring data and a high-powered charger, also USBC in the box. It was wrapped in packaging foam and there was no original box. It came by Federal Express which I had to sign for. The bad: The pen is not recognized by the phone. You can do just about everything with it but the remote aspect of it does not work. One of my favorite things to do is take group pictures and I cannot do that. The icon is extremely annoying as it's constantly blinking not recognizing the pen. So I had to shut off the notifications. This is an unlocked phone to a carrier but it is a T-Mobile phone. It came with a bunch of T-Mobile bloatware and if you do not shut off the T-Mobile built-in app that you cannot get rid of, it will automatically download third-party apps. So I did a hard reboot and everything is the same. The annoying flashing pen icon and T-Mobile. Other than the "bad" it's a great flagship phone. ... show more
