I received my phone about a month and a half ago. Setting it up was relatively easy, and I used the included USB-C to USB-C cable to transfer virtually everything from the old phone to this one via Samsung Smart Switch. I replaced a five year old Motorola with this renewed Galaxy S24 Ultra. I was wary, but reviewers said they were pleased with their renewed phones. So far, I'm very happy with mine. It was in pristine condition and works without issues. I bought a wireless charger for my night stand, and 12-volt 30w charger for the car. The phone charges nicely with both. I live rural, and the 5G works on the road where my old phone dropped out. I also get more "bars" at home. If I run into any issues later, I'll update the review, but for now, it's like I bought a new phone and I couldn't be more pleased.

This is my 4th Samsung flagship phone I've had the Note 4, Note 8, Note 20 Ultra, and now this S24 Ultra. I like the secure folder options Samsung has and need a stylus now and then. I got the 512 version because they stopped adding card storage after my Note 20, a feature that they need to bring back instead of jacking up prices, just because they can. I also like having a dedicated back button and app toggle button. This phone shipped with an A1 grade and it looks completely perfect and untouched. The box includes the wimpiest power supply I've ever seen at 2000 milliamps. It's comical when you pair it with a phone that can charge at 45 watts. Just remember the listing doesn't say it includes a power adapter at all. So go buy an Amazon Basic 60-watt power adapter on sale for 10.00 and make sure you get a USB cable capable of more wattage transfer than the charger. After you get the charging adapter and cable you are ready to go. I set the battery to stop charging at 85% to keep battery lasting longer. As usual, I've chosen a Spigen Tough Armor case with kickstand. These are excellent quality cases at great prices. I'm rocking the Whitestone Dome screen protector 2 pack. They may break easier than the factory glass but so far they've protected every screen successfully even when they fail. A necessary evil and these feel like premium glass. I'm so over Zagg protectors that don't age well or look horrible after light use. As far as the UI on the phone goes I really tried to use it for several days but I'm running straight back to Nova Launcher as my launcher of choice. I love the flexibility it offers above and beyond Samsung like putting more than 5 icons at the bottom of every screen, and the ability to make widgets go to the edge of the screen by removing padding. I can completely customize the screen space and icon size. I don't understand how Samsung can afford to continue to put out these inferior user interfaces and ignore giving users what they want. Yet here we are again!

It's not in excellent condition coming the in original box and equipment. Off brand charger that looks like a temu product. It's not unlocked, it's a Verizon phone so I have all their bloatware as well. Small scratches on the screen and case. Also, no Sim tray key so I can't even use it.

So ive been thinking of getting an S24 Ultra for some time now, was waiting for some kind of deal but really you only see decent deals for trade ins and even then your phone has to be decently new to get something substantial. Buying the phone from Verizon requires you to either get the ridiculously expensive and unnecessary highest plan they offer and be locked into it for 36 months, not for me. Purchasing the phone with 512GB anywhere is between 1200-1300 dollars new. So I stumbled upon Amazon renewed through Celltraders. I figured I would take a gamble, if I saw anything alarming like damage or anything non working I had enough faith in Amazons return process to give it a go. I paid the extra 10 dollars to get expidited shipping (which I would not recommend since it comes with basically no guarantee as it was delayed, did not get delivered on the Saturday, or Sunday, and instead tried to be delivered on Monday with signature required while I was at work) Lesson learned, dont bother with the expidited shipping if you are east coast as it is coming from Brooklyn NY. Ok, so the phone is ordered, I finally navigate the issues that are the USPS (not at all the fault of Celltraders or Amazon in my opinion) I receive the phone and it comes in a generic white box, generic brick and wire and a sim card tool. BUT to my surprise, the phone is in perfect condition. I could not find a single scratch, mark, skuff, blemish to call out. It came shipped wrapped in buble wrap and a plastic screen protector to help during transit. Immedietly took the phone, slapped a tempered glass screen protector and case on it and it is basically brand new. I set up the phone using smart switch and checked the battery to see it was in perfect condition. Overall I am surprised that it appears to be a brand new phone, no indications that something was replaced or amiss, doesnt even look like it was used once. I almost think it was purchased, tried out and someone returned it (probably coming from an Isheep and had to go back) . Essentially I was able to get the 512Gb version for $1000 and the only "sacrifice" I made was not getting the original Box, booklet or cord. I bought my own 45w brick and cords from Anker so this was irrelevant to me. I had a good experience and would do this again, but you also have to be prepared to set up the phone yourself, transfer data over yourself, activate the sim yourself (either by swapping your old one in there or going to the store to get a new one). So it is not as intiuitive as just buying from the Verizon store or whatever Cell phone provider you use, but it sure does save you money doing it this way. But you are taking a gamble as one previous review states, and if something is wrong you have to pay return shipping. Hopefully if you pull the trigger you have no issues like I did.

I wasn't sure if this phone was going to come in perfect condition or not. Once I finally received the phone and I unboxed it, it was in perfect condition with no wear and tear on it. I love this phone so far, and the photos are amazing, especially when zooming in. The only down fall is, there is no SD card slot which sucks because I love taking photos and I tend to have a million or so on my phone. So this will be a change I have to get used to. Overall, it's a great phone, and I love it. I am so glad I decided to go with this phone.
