I recently choose to upgrade from my S8+ to a S24 Ultra just to have something newer on my hands. I ordered this phone on Oct. 3rd, and it arrived only 4 days later on the 7th, really commendable for express shipping and was probably the fastest I've ever received a package before especially since I live outside the United States. Signed off for the phone at the post office, it came in a nice white box that was packaged nicely with bubble wrap and came with a charger of course. (You may notice a screen protector on the phone in these images, the phone does not come with a screen protector, I bought it separately.) Phone had zero scratches, the screen was very clean with no cracks or dents anywhere whatsoever. The cameras were perfectly fine as well, basically was like a new phone in the box. Once I switched my SIM card and all of my data from my old phone to this 24 Ultra, everything worked seamlessly. Face recognition works, fingerprint recognition works, connected with my carrier with no problem which was very relieving to me since my carrier is a local carrier and is not an extension of AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, or any other carriers. All settings and AI settings alike are available and functionable. All camera settings are available and functionable. Everything about this phone is living to my expectations so far this week since ordering from this listing. 10/10 // Highly recommend this phone!

This phone has everything you need. It's got a full suite of camera features, so you can really play around and create what you visualize. AI incorporated into stock photo editing. Rest of the phone is a snap too. My first Samsung ever. Coming off of 10 years of Motorola products. Thought I'd have a hard time adjusting. Have had my S24U about six months, and the learning curve was super easy and intuitive. The battery life is great. With heavy use through the day, I'm still at about 60% by the end. Seemingly endless storage. Plenty of room for photos, video, and documents, without selling to sacrifice the speed at which the device runs. Highly highly recommend if you're thinking about it. Maybe even worth an impulsive switch if you're not.

Wow, the phone was beautiful and looked new. Shipping was stressful as nothing states that a signature is required and had to deal with US Postal Svc, and seller didn't care. Finally received 2 days later. Blown speaker on this "Renewed" phone and had to return it. They fully refunded my money, BUT I had to pay for the return shipping, insurance on a $1000 item, and required signature receipt for $30 ! I can understand paying for return shipping if I just didn't like it, but the item was defective and I HAD TO PAY TO RETURN IT, .... So BE WARE of this Seller. ALL reviews are either real good or real bad so you take your 50/50 chances buying from this seller.

So ive been thinking of getting an S24 Ultra for some time now, was waiting for some kind of deal but really you only see decent deals for trade ins and even then your phone has to be decently new to get something substantial. Buying the phone from Verizon requires you to either get the ridiculously expensive and unnecessary highest plan they offer and be locked into it for 36 months, not for me. Purchasing the phone with 512GB anywhere is between 1200-1300 dollars new. So I stumbled upon Amazon renewed through Celltraders. I figured I would take a gamble, if I saw anything alarming like damage or anything non working I had enough faith in Amazons return process to give it a go. I paid the extra 10 dollars to get expidited shipping (which I would not recommend since it comes with basically no guarantee as it was delayed, did not get delivered on the Saturday, or Sunday, and instead tried to be delivered on Monday with signature required while I was at work) Lesson learned, dont bother with the expidited shipping if you are east coast as it is coming from Brooklyn NY. Ok, so the phone is ordered, I finally navigate the issues that are the USPS (not at all the fault of Celltraders or Amazon in my opinion) I receive the phone and it comes in a generic white box, generic brick and wire and a sim card tool. BUT to my surprise, the phone is in perfect condition. I could not find a single scratch, mark, skuff, blemish to call out. It came shipped wrapped in buble wrap and a plastic screen protector to help during transit. Immedietly took the phone, slapped a tempered glass screen protector and case on it and it is basically brand new. I set up the phone using smart switch and checked the battery to see it was in perfect condition. Overall I am surprised that it appears to be a brand new phone, no indications that something was replaced or amiss, doesnt even look like it was used once. I almost think it was purchased, tried out and someone returned it (probably coming from an Isheep and had to go back) . Essentially I was able to get the 512Gb version for $1000 and the only "sacrifice" I made was not getting the original Box, booklet or cord. I bought my own 45w brick and cords from Anker so this was irrelevant to me. I had a good experience and would do this again, but you also have to be prepared to set up the phone yourself, transfer data over yourself, activate the sim yourself (either by swapping your old one in there or going to the store to get a new one). So it is not as intiuitive as just buying from the Verizon store or whatever Cell phone provider you use, but it sure does save you money doing it this way. But you are taking a gamble as one previous review states, and if something is wrong you have to pay return shipping. Hopefully if you pull the trigger you have no issues like I did.

This phone looks brand new.. it's like I bought it from the store,matter of fact it looks like it's never been used...the packing was great,clean and neat..and it came with a charger too but it doesn't fit,it's a C cable but for some reason it doesn't fit in..I don't wanna push it in and it breaks.. this is literally like a brand new phone from the store.. very happy with it. everything works great on it..u looking for a s24 ultra buy from this seller... this is 100 percent a legit phone, great price too..newer than new..i have t mobile and it works perfect with it.. this phone is locked to t mobil it says it on the description...so real review here..i saved 500 dollars than going to the store and buying it..5 stars for sure..and the battery on this phone is absolutely amazing..
