I love Samsung devices. The S24 has it all and does it all. That being said, it does come at cost. It's not just the money, it's size and weight. This phone is really big and heavy but considerng all that it does, it's more than worth it. It makes calls, doubles as a laptop, is a DSLR and video recorder of the highest caliber, a television, movie player, streaming device, a GPS receiver, a floorwax and a desert topping! You get my point. This seller sent exactly what they described and did it is reasoably quick fashion. My last Galaxy was 6 years old and this Galaxy will go for 7 years! Phone performs well, I would reccomend purchasing the locked version of YOUR sevice provider instead of an unlocked phone. I got the att model. I was mistakenly sent a wrong color but im happy with the titanium black model. Thankfully I did get reimbursed for it by the seller. Kudos to seller. (the color mix up was a one time thing) Phone runs nicely, the battery could do an hour better but otherwise its still good. It looks brand new so no complaints, original S Pen , right storage and it’s fully factory unlocked. It does have some heating issues right not but that may be due to OneUI 7. I ran a software called devcheck that showed the battery capacity is 4855/5000 so not too bad.

The Good: The screen is perfect and there's no scratches anywhere. It comes with a screen protector already installed on it. Aftermarket USBC cable for transferring data and a high-powered charger, also USBC in the box. It was wrapped in packaging foam and there was no original box. It came by Federal Express which I had to sign for. The bad: The pen is not recognized by the phone. You can do just about everything with it but the remote aspect of it does not work. One of my favorite things to do is take group pictures and I cannot do that. The icon is extremely annoying as it's constantly blinking not recognizing the pen. So I had to shut off the notifications. This is an unlocked phone to a carrier but it is a T-Mobile phone. It came with a bunch of T-Mobile bloatware and if you do not shut off the T-Mobile built-in app that you cannot get rid of, it will automatically download third-party apps. So I did a hard reboot and everything is the same. The annoying flashing pen icon and T-Mobile. Other than the "bad" it's a great flagship phone. ... show more
