    • Phone like new.
Service provider: T-Mobile Color: Titanium Violet Size: 256GB
I bought this phone 2-3 weeks ago, and I'm very happy with it. First of all, I bought it refurbished in excellent condition and that is what I received. It came very well protected, and when I opened the box, the phone was really in excellent condition like it was brand new. It took me a little bit to be able to connect it, first because battery was 100% discharged and on top of that, last owner didn't complete factory reset, but once I managed to do that, I was able to set the phone with my information withow any issues. I have been using the phone since and it is working perfect. Face recognition and finger ID work fantastic even with the screen protector, battery life is great also, and I'm happy to say that everything is working fantastic ... show more

    • Very happy with S24 Ultra purchase without the major cost
Service provider: Unlocked Color: Titanium Black Size: 512GB
Only a week in with my new/refurbished Galaxy S24 Ultra and I very much enjoy it. The phone appears new with no scratches or flaws indicating that it was used. After a couple hours charging, I began the transfer of eSIM card, apps, settings and files from old phone to this one. The entire process was easy and with no unexpected problems. Of note is that with the SmartSwitch app and process, it seems that the SIM card from old phone to new now can be trasnfered digitally which is great and reduces hassles. After the phone was completely set up and functioning properly, I did physically remove the SIM card from old phone and installed on new phone. What I am unexpectedly and pleasant surprised by is the size of the phone; it is quite large...larger than my S10e. I liked the small form factor for slipping into my pocket, but the S24 with its much larger size fits my large hand and I like that. The phone has heft as well which I like. A very solid phone. Battery life is excellent (should be for a new/refurbished phone) and apps load very quickly. If you are looking for a new phone, I recommend considering a refurbished S24 (or whatever model). You'll save several hundred dollars for what appears to be a new phone. ... show more

    • It's perfect
Service provider: Unlocked Color: Titanium Black Size: 512GB
I received my phone yesterday and it is literally in perfect condition... seems to be working like new and I'm very happy with my purchase... I was a little worried about it being an older model and possibly being "the bottom of the bucket" but it's perfect... I used to work in cell phone refurbishing and our company was stretching what they wanted us to consider as "excellent" condition, adding a "like new" option and the phone that I received would have been graded "like new" ... show more

    • Fabulous phone
Service provider: Unlocked Color: Titanium Violet Size: 256GB
I order this phone a few weeks ago and wanted to make sure I gave as honest of a review as possible. I absolutely do not regret buying this phone. The condition is top notch. The S pen is original. The seal has not been broken (no screen repair) and it's still water resistant, just as if I bought brand new. There is no wear or scuffs on the phone. No scratches either. You honestly can't tell it's a used phone. The connection and switch to my mobile network was flawless. It's truly a fully unlocked phone. I use it on cricket. I'm very pleased with the battery too. It's got full capacity and considering how much I use it, it stays charged. I'm always listening to music or scrolling something. It's usually around 30% by the end of the day for me. I also use the heck out of the camera (it's the primary reason I bought it). The camera has zero issues. No scratches on the lenses and all areas of the camera settings work as they should. All round this is the best phone I have paid for that I was not new. It feels new to me tho. It looks great and it works as it should. Highly recommend it! ... show more

    • Amazing phone
Service provider: Unlocked Color: Titanium Gray Size: 256GB
I have had this phone now for 2 whole days. It works amazing with google fi service. If my other phone would not have been completely smashed transfer of all my pictures and contacts would have been easier. But that is not this phones fault. The screen, touch sensitivity, camera, are all amazing and work as they should. I am so glad I bought this phone instead of paying full price for a new one. I only noticed one small scratch and once I put my lens protector on the back cameras you don't even know it was there. I was not on the lense just the metal around the lense. The next time I upgrade my phone or my husbands I will buy from them again. ... show more

    • Excellent Performance and Feels Like New!
Service provider: Unlocked Color: Titanium Black Size: 512GB
I’m extremely happy with this renewed Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. The phone arrived in excellent condition and looks almost brand new. The display is stunning, super bright, and the performance is incredibly fast with plenty of storage at 512GB. The camera quality is outstanding — photos come out sharp, detailed, and professional even in low light. I also love the built-in S Pen; it’s very useful for notes, editing, and everyday productivity. Battery life easily lasts all day with regular use. Being unlocked is a huge plus because it gives flexibility with carriers. For a renewed device, this feels like an amazing value for the price. Highly recommended if you want a premium phone without paying full retail price! ... show more

    • Was worried about it being refurbished but had no issues
Service provider: Unlocked Color: Titanium Violet Size: 256GB
Ordered two refurbished S24 Ultras to replace my parents’ phones that were S9s. They love them, especially the stylus being built in. Admittedly it took them a minute to figure out to press it and get it out. Zero issues with the refurbished phones!!

    • I’m very satisfied with the purchase of this used (like new) S24 Ultra cell.
Service provider: T-Mobile Color: Titanium Black Size: 512GB
My used (like new) S24 Ultra looks, feels, and performs as it should. After watching a few tutorials on YouTube, I transferred my Sim chip then using the Samsung’s Smart Switch App I transferred my old cell data to my new to me S24 Ultra. So far, I’m very satisfied with the purchase of this cell.
