Excellent condition used phone came as advertised. S24 Ultra is an awsome phone. The few issues I had with my old note 10 lite I had for 5 years are solved (the in-screen fingerprint reader was iffy, especially in sunlight, and the lack of stereo speakers was annoying... after years of that you really notice the difference in the ultra). Performance is flawless so far. Cameras are very good. Beautiful screen. Retail cost is still too high for all flagship phones, in my opinion (straight up corporate greed), but if you can get this one for 4-5 hundred off retail, it's a great value. The one and only complaint is this phone is kind of a tank in size and weight, especially with a case and screen protector which I of course use because my phone does get some abuse here and there. My wife also had the note 10 lite and dropped it literally at least a hundred times. It finally broke a couple weeks ago when she dropped it on her hard floor at work and it landed perfectly flat on the screen with a noisy slap. That prompted me to get us these s24 Ultras after five years of solid use of the note 10 lites. So I can attest to Samsung quality and durability. I like the stylus on occasion, so that forced me into the ultra. But we are very pleased so far, not an ounce of regret. My wife's phone was dead, so there was some drama getting her files transfered, but we had it backed up on Google. But the two-step verification was creating a catch-22 situation of her not being able to prove her identity because it kept sending verification to the broken phone (how do you verify on a broken phone?!). I had an old umidigi phone that I put the SIM card in and we finally managed to get a text code to go through to start the files being transferred. I was worried I'd need to repair the phone which would cost more than it's worth, but we worked around it. But do keep stuff backed up with Google or Samsung and have a way to get access. My wife was without her phone for just a day and we realized how much stuff we use phones for (finances and work access,etc). It was a bit of a nightmare there until she regained access. Not sure how that bodes for our collective future, lol, but it's stressful to suddenly be locked out. ... show more

Found this for less than half price of a new S24U to replace a 5 year old S20 with a failing battery. I wanted an unlocked S24U to take to another carrier in the US or put in a physical sim if traveling. It had to be charged a few hours since the battery was at zero when it arrived & it downloaded about 7 updates to run on the carrier I use after initiating it on the carrier network. First things first. ChubbiesTech is the seller who I bought my device from. I bought the 256GB, Titanium Black In Excellent condition. Listen to me, this device, is damn near Brand New. It came with a slight scratch on the back and the tiniest scratch at the bottom left corner. Not visible enough that would bother anyone. I swear to you. It was completely unlocked and reset. It took me almost ten minutes to transfer from my old phone to this phone. It came with a black case, an attached screen protector which was scratched up.. ( changed it to a fresh one ), a white braided USB-c to USB-c cord and a sim ejector tool. They legitimately gave me everything that I needed. I was incredibly nervous to buy Renewed, but I did my research in the reviews and paid attention to the sellers feedback. Every picture is my own picture and they were taken the very moment I opened the box. I'm extremely satisfied and with the amount of money that I spent, I feel as though I bought a brand new samsung flagship phone. Please dont mind the dust, so the white specks are exactly that. only issue, is FedEx. There was a day added to my delivery date because of an issue with shipping out of one of the FedEx Hubs. This is the first renewed cell phone I have ever purchased. I was very skeptical but for the price combined with very good rating reviews and Amazon's return policies I was willing to take the risk. The phone arrived as scheduled and was packaged as expected. I was/am very pleased with the look and condition of the phone. I took it to my cellphone providers office and prayed it was unlocked as it was supposed to be and there would be no issues. There wasn't! The process was easy and all went great! I have associated all of my apps and they work perfectly. I love my phone - very nice upgrade from my Galaxy S9 +! Most of the reviews are spot on. The phone is really nice. It’s not the S25, but trust me it’s still a beautiful device and it does exactly what it’s supposed to do. You don’t need to be a tech expert to use it and I have enjoyed finding new functions that the phone will do with my other devices. And of course, it's unlocked, so it was easy for me to just put in my phone service and just go. Nice clean communication on every Messenger and Meetings. That was a huge plus My only real complaint is the accessories it comes with. They’re generic, so I recommend getting an authentic charger and cord. The included cord does not support super-fast charging, so I bought two proper super-charge cables myself. I also pre-ordered a case and screen protector because the phone arrived in immaculate condition and I wanted to keep it that way. If you want a reliable phone that’s only a year old and still keeps up with the S25, this is a great choice. My only other disappointment is the storage it’s small, and there’s no option for external SD cards. So if you take a lot of pictures or make content, go for the 1TB model. Otherwise, as long as you transfer your photos and files to a computer, you’ll be just fine. ... show more
