I use it on Metro in the U.S., and 5G works great right out of the box. For anyone in the U.S. thinking about buying the “global model” (SM-S928B/DS)—just know this: The phone comes with a different region code (mine was TPA – Panama). You might not get software updates as fast as U.S. models. It’s not a problem though—Samsung Wallet does work, and Google Wallet works perfectly too. Everything feels fast, clean, and premium. Others have pointed out the good (and not so good) regarding the phone... I would say that I was skeptical at first when trying to order this phone for 2 reasons: 1) Few ratings; and 2) Bad seller reviews that phone was fake or another model... I live outside the US, so returning or asking for a refund is a nightmare... I gave it a shot, used the seller called "Cell Universal", the delivery took way less than what I was told at first and I received exactly what I asked. Phone was new, sealed and worked for me right out of the box. I suggest people do their googling for the Frequencies and bands prior to getting this particular model. For me it worked perfectly. I was in Roaming when I turned on the phone and it connected right away to AT&T. Back in my home country it worked perfectly, even in 5G. ... show more

I bought this to use eSIM for oversea travel. It has real time AI translation to many other languages while using phone or text app which would be very helpful. I trust Samsung quality since I have used many Samsung phones and never had any problems.

My phone came from the seller "Cell Universal". Transferring my data and apps from my old Samsung phone was easy using the Samsung app. I took the PureTalk sim card out of my old phone, put it in my new phone, and everything works great. The S24 Ultra is very big compared to my old S10e.

Welp, it's been 3 months now and I can honestly say the jump from my J53 is like night and day. The only reason I give it 4 stars is because while the 20x zoom is impressive, the pictures as well as video still have a ways to go before being compared to the iphone (in my humble opinion). The phone doesn't come with a charger and I've found trying to use lower voltage chargers are a waste of time so be sure to buy the recommended voltage chargers. Next, let's talk about the unlocked capabilities. While this phone is supposed to be totally unlocked for all network carriers (or at least, that was the impression I got) it's actually not and a list of carriers it does not work with is included in the box.
