I purchased two of these Samsung S24 Ultra 5G phones using the Amazon Renewed program. Both were listed as "Excellent" condition, intended to replace my aged out S9+'s. As shown in the photos, the retailer did an excellent job of packaging, supplied both phones with chargers and Sim pin removal tools. I charged both phones, and spent a little over a week validating their software, their sim status, and their IMEI information. The battery cycles and battery life are both as expected. The phones were unlocked, and I could find no defects at all. Once I was satisfied the phones were "Excellent" as described, I took them to my carrier for activation. The activation process was a breeze, and both phones are working amazingly well as was expected. I could not be more please with the Amazon Renewed process, nor the vendor who provided the phones. Although still inside the 90 day return window, I don't expect to have any issues with these high quality Samsung phones. I rate this entire process 5 stars. looking forward to the added features, Android 16 OS, and all else that comes with these phones. I would highly recommend this process if you're goal is to upgrade an aging phone without considering a brand new device. ... show more

Honestly I am so impressed with this especially for the price. There wasn't a single scratch, ding or wear. I already have an s24 but with less storage and I wanted the 512gb to update my personal phone so I could switch it with my work phone. I've been running this for two weeks with zero issues what so ever. I can't even tell what might have needed fix on it. The screen looks great, the phone runs at the same speed as it's "twin" I own. There's no delays in wifi connection and charging. Bluetooth sets up exactly how it should. The s pen it came with had a small issue and they sent me a new one no questions asked and I couldn't thank them more for it. I'll be a repeat customer for sure (yeah I know repeat phone customer? trust me... I like to break things so I need them more often than I should) ... show more

I purchased a S24 Ultra listed in “ Refurbished Good Condition” from this seller on Amazon (RE-CELL). Nowhere in the description was it mentioned that the phone may no longer be waterproof or that any original features (like water resistance) might be compromised due to its used status. After about 4 months of normal use, I accidentally dropped the phone in water. Despite the original model having an IP rating for water resistance, the screen immediately stopped working and has not turned back on. This was a huge surprise and disappointment. I contacted both the seller and Amazon customer support, but neither offered a resolution—no refund, replacement, or even partial compensation. I feel this was a case of incomplete and misleading product information. If the phone’s water resistance is no longer valid, that should have been clearly disclosed. I’m extremely dissatisfied with how this was handled and am left with a non-functional device. Buyers, beware—used phones sold as refurbished by (Seller : RE-CELL) may no longer retain original waterproofing, and you may get no help if something goes wrong. ... show more

The phone look perfect, works great, sounds great, and a fair price for the money, it’s fast, and wasn’t scratched up. The only problem I’m having is, every time It ask me to do a update , I do it, it’ll say complete, then it’ll keep asking for another update right after.
