Honestly I am so impressed with this especially for the price. There wasn't a single scratch, ding or wear. I already have an s24 but with less storage and I wanted the 512gb to update my personal phone so I could switch it with my work phone. I've been running this for two weeks with zero issues what so ever. I can't even tell what might have needed fix on it. The screen looks great, the phone runs at the same speed as it's "twin" I own. There's no delays in wifi connection and charging. Bluetooth sets up exactly how it should. The s pen it came with had a small issue and they sent me a new one no questions asked and I couldn't thank them more for it. I'll be a repeat customer for sure (yeah I know repeat phone customer? trust me... I like to break things so I need them more often than I should) ... show more

I purchased a S24 Ultra listed in “ Refurbished Good Condition” from this seller on Amazon (RE-CELL). Nowhere in the description was it mentioned that the phone may no longer be waterproof or that any original features (like water resistance) might be compromised due to its used status. After about 4 months of normal use, I accidentally dropped the phone in water. Despite the original model having an IP rating for water resistance, the screen immediately stopped working and has not turned back on. This was a huge surprise and disappointment. I contacted both the seller and Amazon customer support, but neither offered a resolution—no refund, replacement, or even partial compensation. I feel this was a case of incomplete and misleading product information. If the phone’s water resistance is no longer valid, that should have been clearly disclosed. I’m extremely dissatisfied with how this was handled and am left with a non-functional device. Buyers, beware—used phones sold as refurbished by (Seller : RE-CELL) may no longer retain original waterproofing, and you may get no help if something goes wrong. ... show more

So far it's been great. I had a Samsung Galaxy S9 so I'm familiar with how they work. It's very easy to use. I really like the large memory. Haven't really explored the camera yet. It is a lot better than my old one though. It feels good as well. Glad I bought one.
