This is for the Galaxy 24 Ultra, my latest favorite phone. I've been a Galaxy fan since the three. I love the big screen, battery lasts! There's no external memory slot so get plenty of memory up front! No adding more later. The G pen is really cool! I use it more than expected. My previous phone was a Galaxy 10. I used Samsung Smart Switch to move everything over then moved the Sim over and I was done. ... show more

    • Phone not as advertised, buyer beware
I purchased this phone as refurbished, excellent condition. The outside of the phone does look to be in excellent condition. Upon setting up the phone and using it I noticed some issues. I sent a photo via text message and it was flashing in and out on the screen. When I went to charge the phone the c port was connecting and disconnecting. This was with the charger that came with the phone. I tried 4 chargers. I was finally able to get the phone to charge. Some of my apps weren't working properly and the color seemed off. After trying to contact Amazon and the seller about a replacement I was informed I could only get a refund. This phone has all my data so I just wanted to exchange for one that was working properly. I asked another time in hopes an exception would he made but it wasn't. Now the seller wants me to pay to ship back the phone and I am pretty sure it was advertised as free returns. I had to go to best buy to purchase a phone, I bought the same phone but brand new and after getting everything switched I am 100 percent sure the phone I got on Amazon is messed up. Now I am fighting with Amazon and the seller to pay for return shipping. This was Not an ideal situation and makes me leary of ever purchasing a refurbished phone again. We have had 3 others and had no issues. Not sure if it's a seller thing but it has been so difficult. I am still waiting for an outcome and I just want to return the phone and be done with this mess. A guy further down in the reviews described it pretty much perfectly. Now, mine wasn't in as bad of shape, since it does work and the screen is proper, but it's certainly NOT in excellent refurb shape. I've bought quite a few refurbs in the past, and this would be considered average shape. Phone was a bit dirty, and whoo boy, the frame is in pretty bad shape. I have to keep it, though, so learn from our mistakes and beware. ... show more
