I couldn't be happier with this purchase! Upgrading to the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra has been an absolute game-changer. Right out of the box, the build quality feels premium and incredibly sleek. The flat anti-reflective display is stunning, making it super easy to read even under direct sunlight, and the 120Hz refresh rate makes scrolling and everyday multitasking feel buttery smooth. Having 512GB of storage gives me complete peace of mind—I never have to worry about running out of space for high-resolution photos, 4K videos, or large apps. The camera setup is nothing short of incredible. The clarity, low-light performance, and zoom capabilities are top-tier, capturing crisp details every single time. Battery life easily carries me through a heavy day of usage without needing a recharge, and performance is lightning-fast across every app. If you are on the fence about upgrading, go for it! This phone delivers on every promise and truly sets the standard for a flagship device. Highly recommended! ... show more

Boy oh boy was I ever surprised, after reading hundreds of bad horrible reviews of the Smart Resale CA and Chubbies Tech I was skeptical on the purchase, but boy was I wrong..this thing is immaculate! I ordered the Unlocked S24 Ultra 512gb United States version "Refurbished-Excellent condition" and got "brand new"like condition, not a single scratch, dent, scuff or a single ding..nothing!! (This is a upgrade from Amazon S22 Ultra) I went over it with a magnifying glass..these photos don't do it justice, it's LEGIT even the S Pen looked New, I used Smart Switch app to transfer everything in about 20-30 minutes hassle free. I'm super duper happy with my Prime purchase. I highly recommend this seller I guess I'm not sure why all the negative reviews but I paid $624 with no warranty. I called Metropcs to B.Y.O.D. this new phone then popped in my Sim card and BINGO!..up an running in no time. This is my 2nd phone purchase from Amazon. I'm gifting my trusty old S22 Ultra to my mom, it has plenty of life left in it too but it's 128gb was full to the brim. I'll be enjoying this S24 Ultra for long time. ... show more

    • Great phone, terrible renewal quality.
Service provider: Unlocked Color: Titanium Yellow Size: 256GB
The phone (ie its features) is great. However, my phone failed to work after only having less than 6 months. The device failed without damage and was deemed inrepairable by local repair shops (even after replacing components). The repair shop commented on the shoddy work that is done by this renewal processes and it is very unfortunately to pay almost 700 dollars to have a phone for 6 months. If you do want to purchase this phone, do so with some extended warranty (which puts it at the price of a new phone) as you may be screwed like I am. ... show more

    • Fabulous phone
Service provider: Unlocked Color: Titanium Violet Size: 256GB
I order this phone a few weeks ago and wanted to make sure I gave as honest of a review as possible. I absolutely do not regret buying this phone. The condition is top notch. The S pen is original. The seal has not been broken (no screen repair) and it's still water resistant, just as if I bought brand new. There is no wear or scuffs on the phone. No scratches either. You honestly can't tell it's a used phone. The connection and switch to my mobile network was flawless. It's truly a fully unlocked phone. I use it on cricket. I'm very pleased with the battery too. It's got full capacity and considering how much I use it, it stays charged. I'm always listening to music or scrolling something. It's usually around 30% by the end of the day for me. I also use the heck out of the camera (it's the primary reason I bought it). The camera has zero issues. No scratches on the lenses and all areas of the camera settings work as they should. All round this is the best phone I have paid for that I was not new. It feels new to me tho. It looks great and it works as it should. Highly recommend it! ... show more

    • S24 Ultra, great discount & condition, and great phone that doesn't fully force ai on you
Service provider: AT&T Color: Titanium Yellow Size: 256GB
Got an S24 Ultra for decently cheap price, and it came with 95%+ battery health (3rd party readout so take with a grain of salt), no visible scuffs or scratches anywhere on the phone even after very close inspection with a mf magnifying glass, lol, and overall no issues aside from a bit of troubleshooting to set up the SIM. I don't believe in my RAM being constantly and forcibly consumed by AI so I didn't want the new S25/S26 ultra ai forced devices, and much less the Gemini Pixel devices. I wanted the OnePlus 15 but I couldn't find it anywhere for fast shipping so I went with this phone despite it being way under my available budget and it's been stellar thus far. Greatly recommend this seller if their deliveries are always this well managed, and taken care of before shipping out. Great prices as well! The anti-sun coating and smooth feel of the screen gives it great quality as well that other current flagships INCLUDING the S Ultra series are severely lacking. I'm glad they sent out a model that was basically unused with the same great screen and build quality. ... show more

    • Phone like new.
Service provider: T-Mobile Color: Titanium Violet Size: 256GB
I bought this phone 2-3 weeks ago, and I'm very happy with it. First of all, I bought it refurbished in excellent condition and that is what I received. It came very well protected, and when I opened the box, the phone was really in excellent condition like it was brand new. It took me a little bit to be able to connect it, first because battery was 100% discharged and on top of that, last owner didn't complete factory reset, but once I managed to do that, I was able to set the phone with my information withow any issues. I have been using the phone since and it is working perfect. Face recognition and finger ID work fantastic even with the screen protector, battery life is great also, and I'm happy to say that everything is working fantastic ... show more
