Does not work for Verizon Customer.
If you have Verizon, DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE FROM THEM. All the Verizon features DO NOT work on this phone. No visual voicemail, no calling over Wifi, no video messaging, and absolutely no support. Waisted a thousand bucks and need to go to Verizon now to buy a flipping phone that works.

excellent phone with great functions
The phone came well wrapped a secured in packaging. it was nice that it came 50% we could transfer all our information to the phone right away. The phone has great battery life, I use it for business purposes and actively use the phone for the majority of the day and yet to see below 60% charge. The phone is a bit big, almost as if a small tablet. My only gripe overall is that the Type C- cable failed rather quickly, that's the only reason why I rated 4 out of 5. ... show more

great purchase
It seems like I made a good quality purchase so far, especially since it was seemingly cheaper than buying the phone directly from samsung or on the samsung store on amazon. came seemingly brand new and I haven't experienced any issues with it so far.

It is not dual-sim.
The product description says it’s a dual-sim card device, but in reality, only one SIM card can be inserted into the slot.
