Actual phone arrived in better than excellent condition and I give it 5 stars for that and is a clear value for the money. The device is locked to AT&T as expected however there is a daily text message regarding an unpaid AT&T installment plan and a threat to lock the device functionality. I called AT&T and they said the phone under my Sim is fine and to ignore the message. If this issue causes a device lock I will come back and update. Second issue I had was the phone software update. Again probably beyond the scope of the seller but doesn't negate the endless boot loop of updates that occurred on the specific S24+ device. Once researched online I found the update, One UI and Android update, loop that was encountered could be broken at a specific time by total service disconnect. Issue resolved it seems. Hope this helps anyone else who experiences this issue. Review changed from 5 to 1 star. Phone service suspended and locked due to unpaid installment plan from what I can only assume was the previous owner. Utter rediculious to deal with this. Took a trip tp the at&t store tp get it worked out and get service block removed. They said the phone was unusable. Returning device. ... show more

Very good condition and worked just as expected when setting it upand tranferring everything from last phone. Screen as new and much cheaper than 2025 model or new 2024. Very happy with transaction and phone.

I was actually really hesitant about buying one of these. My brother needed a new phone quick... so I thought we would try it. It has on very small scratch on the back of it but you can only see if the light hits right and not all with a case. The screen was brand new, and the phone has been working great for over 2 weeks now. It was easy set up, the battery life is normal. I received a phone that had been a demo phone. These can never be activated to an account. I learned this from the ATT representative who tried to activate the phone. The demo logo was visible on the screen, and the phone should never have been sold. When I purchased the phone, I did it with the understanding that I could request a replacement or a refund if I returned it. The phone had risen in price, and a refund was the only option provided.
